      Absolute worst service center I’ve ever experienced. I bought a 2021 Chevy Colorado from Beaty Chevy. Purchasing experience was fine. They sold me on the included oil change package with the purchase. The only thing they didn’t tell me was that it is nearly impossible to get oil changes there. Often times they will be booked out several weeks. When I could finally get an appointment it always took several hours at minimum for them to change the oil. One time the oil was changed (which again took 4 hours). They never called me to tell me it was done. When I went back on my own, I found out it was done, got my keys from them, and left. 2 hours later they called me to alert me that my truck, which is now parked in my garage, has been finished. Aside from the terrible oil change experiences, my recent attempt at getting my truck serviced was awful. My check engine light had come on and my fan was running long after I turned the car off. I called the service department multiple times, on multiple days, and left multiple voicemails. I never received a call back. Finally, I found a way through the app to book an appointment. They were booked out 2 weeks, but I still made the appointment. When I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, they told me it would be weeks before they would be able to work on my truck. I then asked if I could find out at least what was wrong with it. They told me if I paid them **** they could take it to the back and “get to it at some point”. I asked if they had an estimate how long that would take. The gentleman then looked at his watch and then at me and said “well is 3 o’clock now and we leave at 5:30 so sometime in that range”. Unbelievably awful experience. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy for service. I will never be back to them, and I would never buy a car or truck from them in the future. I hope this serves as a fair warning for anyone who is looking to buy a Chevy or use Beaty for their service.

      Wish they had negative stars, then it would be a -5! We found a vehicle we were interested in on FaceBook Market Place that Beaty Chevrolet had posted. We responded to the post, which clearly said "message me for information". After playing phone tag and getting the run around for 6 hours that included 2 different lies about the vehicle, they proceeded to tell us they don't "sale" over the phone or online. Then PLEASE TELL ME WHY THEY ARE ALLOWED TO POST ONLINE! They only sale to local people. They told us we would have to drive 8 hours (round trip) if we wanted to discuss the vehicle. Very bad way to do business.

      I ordered a 2022 Silverado on January 17th. The truck arrived after 4 deliver dates. The truck was chosen in Nashville for "random quality inspection" and cleared after 3 weeks. The truck arrived with a scuff on one of the rims and the jack assembly missing. Test drove the truck and then went to sign paperwork. I had an out the door price that was agreed upon on January 17th when I ordered the truck and put $1,000 down. The price at signing was $2700 more than the agreed upon price the salesman Trey Fox went to get the GM. Jeff stated that Trey should not have given me that price and that they cannot give a price on a truck until it is on the lot. I am now in the process of litigation against Beaty Chevrolet.

      At Beaty Chevrolet, we sell all new vehicles at MSRP, with no addendum markups. Prices are subject to change from General Motors without notice during production, as rebates may change, or the build may be altered. Dealer never gave customer an out the door price for this reason. Customer came up with his own price and wrote it on the back of his copy of the build sheet.

      I am 3 hours away from them,seen a truck online I liked,talked with trey about it,I asked if the price was negotiable and he said yes,I drove 3 hours and truck wasn't as nice as he said but I still liked it,asked about price again and he said it was what it's listed at!no negotiations!

      Beaty Chevrolet has had my car for over a month and will hardly call me back telling me they cannot get parts will not give me a loaner car just keep calling me wanting me to trade for a new car.

      The customers vehicle has been here since 10-05-2021. When the vehicle arrived, we determined that the vehicle had a broken timing chain, and had bent valves. Luckily, the customer received a free limited lifetime powertrain warranty from Beaty Chevrolet when they purchased the vehicle, and this is a covered repair. Rental car coverage is not part of this policy. Three different parts that we needed have been on national backorder from General Motors, and we opened special parts assistance cases with GM to expedite getting these parts. The final part we have been waiting on has arrived and customer has been informed that we should have vehicle ready by 11-22-2021. Unfortunately, we have no control over backordered parts, and the manufacturers are having difficulty getting parts produced and shipped. We are sorry for the delay, but we have been facing circumstances out of our control.
