      2022 ram 2509 check engine light on 20,000 miles on my $10000.00 dollar truck they wanted to charge me $1300.00 to repair says it's not under warranty I talk the GM his mechanic change the diagnosis to bed def change the price to 300.00 dollars when I told him his service department sucks and the lie. He says he is working on it I told him I wouldn't buy another vehicle from them and this was the 4th vehicle that I've bought from this dealership. Now I kept it very professional I didn't yell at him disrespect him but when I left his office his response was to slam his door so hard that the picture fell off the wall in the hall way the owner of this business need to change his management

      I bought a new jeep renegade June 16,2022 I did this over phone and via text as I was working and I found the jeep online Total price listed after the $1750 rebate was $29,605 not including fees,tax and lisense and that was $3400.70 ,so the total should of been $33,005.70 but I was charged $36,732.20 ,yes I know I signed and brought them a check from my bank,and I should of notice this before signing. But I've been calling the dealership for the last 3 weeks also sent many emails No response..The reps I have spoken with gave me running around ,told me that my sales rep was out sick but would differently call me next day.but didn't I text the sales rep back at the end of the next day and again i was told he's still sick.The following week I started calling again getting the run around ,I went through 2 sells reps that day ,no answer to my ? So this pasted Monday I went online to fill out request ,it sent me to a lady ,I told her my problem via email , finally I thought I'd get my ? anwered but after about 30minutes of going back and forth ,an email came up ,we have finance options for you ,let me put you over to them...Again Run Around . All I was asking was for someone to explain where my $3400.70 went .. oh yes one of the reps said he didn't know but it might be the extra stuff I ordered.(which I did not order anything) Why can't they produce paperwork showing where the extra money went ... It's very sad that a well know business would do this to a customer..They come out of the woodwork when your on the lot looking and buying .. But after the deal is done ,their done with u.. Yes I shouldn't have signed the buyer's order,but I was mentally going through couple things at that time..I had to get something to drive .. This seems very wrong. So I'd advise if buying a vehicle DO NOT USE THIS DEALSHIP..
