I am seeking a refund for money out of pocket and the balance of rewards added back to my account. I ordered rubber floormats for my 2023 Corvette via ‘Chevrolet.com’ in mid-April 2023 and selected Reeder Chevy as my option for receiving them when prompted online. I used $173.70 in Chevy rewards for part of the balance and paid out of pocket $54.34 for the remaining balance. I received a set of floormats via FedEx but my new Corvette came with rubber floormats, so I attempted to return the FedEx delivered floormats to Reeder Chevy on a Saturday. The gentleman on that day said he could not help me and I needed to come back during the week for a specific gentleman to help me. My wife and I drove back to Reeder to return the floormats again and a duplicate set of floormats with my name on them was sitting on the parts department floor. Pat told me to take my set back home and he would work on the return of the set sitting on the floor in the parts department. I called multiple times and kept being told they were looking into it. Finally I was told I needed to bring back the FedEx delivered floormats and I did. I was told Chevy was supposed to refund Reeder and then Reeder would refund me. It is now 6/22/23 and I have not received a refund from Reeder or my rewards balance refunded. Reeder would want their money from me that day, I have lost patience with this dealership and want my money and rewards refunded ASAP. No more waiting and not returning my calls. This is a 100% accurate description of events and anything the dealer says otherwise is an outright lie.

This all started 7 months ago I took my car to shop to have codes read. They cleared the codes Unstead of tell me what was wrong with it. The car wouldn’t start. So they tried to jump it off from starter. Still wouldn’t crank so I payed them 280.00 to do nothing. So I took it to another shop. He tried for months to figure out what was going on with it finally he said it was computers which I would have to take it to a Chevy dealer to fix. So I took it to Reeder I told them everything that was going on with it they tested it and it was both my computers on my car that had to be replaced so I paid them 2500 dollars to fix it I got the car back all the lights on dashboard came on and it would go over 25 mph. So I take car back they said this time it was my timing. Which I thought was not true cause that had just been done two years ago but ok I just wanted my car back so I paid them 2800 this time. They said it was fixed got the car back same thing happened again. I took it had it looked at by someone else cause I was heated after paying all this money to fix it and it’s not fixed. I even got the codes from them that they scanned after they said it was the timing had him look at that as well. He said it was one of my computer that it hadn’t been updated and he could not fix that. So I already paid for that so I took it back to Reeder. They have now had my car for three weeks and nothing no phone calls nothing. I just want my car fixed and fixed right. I’m still paying on the car.

I took my car to reeders starting march 4th for an oil pump sensor/gasket and timing belt. They had my car 20 days because they ordered the wrong parts then they wanted to check the engine was good. Had my car a week and a half had to tow it back and they say it's just the spark plugs. Got my car back had it for about 5 days and had to tow it back then they say it's the engine. These issues were supposed to have been checked the first time and were not which resulted in me having to spend out more money than I would've had to originally. Tried to speak with corporate and issue was not handled.
