    Purchased a used 2015 Mercedes. 2 bald tires on the front, not realized until we drove off the lot. After some haggling, they agreed to replace the 4 tires at their cost. Waited a week for them to get the tires in, scheduled to have tires replaced but they didn't have the right tool to take the tires off...we sat there for 2 hours to get this news. Rescheduled, dropped car off on a Thursday morning, here we are Saturday, 10:30 am, no news and despite 2 calls to their Service Team, no return calls. I will never purchase or have a vehicle serviced at Ted Russell again.

    I would like to inform you that I’ve had a chance to review your complaint, and I’d like to first apologize sincerely for your terrible experiences at our company. I understand deeply where your frustration and disappointment came about in our service department. Thank you very much for taking the time to share that with me so I can address the situation immediately and make things right, also to make sure that it never happens again in the future to you or anyone of our customers here at Ted Russell Ford.

     I can assure you that the lack of communication of not responding back to customers and having customers waiting a long period of time before giving an update on their vehicle “in your case 2 hours” and then being told that job cannot be done will NOT be tolerated and will NOT be handled lightly here at Ted Russell Ford. I will investigate this matter personally and address it with all my managers to make sure this will not happen again.

    After reviewing my service report, I see that your tires have been changed and taken care of completely. However, I really hope you can find it in your heart to forgive us! Customer Satisfaction here at Ted Russell Ford is the most important and taken seriously, it is also mandatory for all our employees in our organization to have extensive training on a regular basis to ensure it is always being practiced here Ted Russell Ford in ALL departments.
