On 11/9/2023 an insurance claim for an eye exam was submitted on my child ***** ********. **** is an Eyeclub member and his exam should have been FREE. On 11/22/2023 I returned to the store location and was told everything was rekeyed and refunded. This wasn't true. On 11/30/2023 a payment was submitted by my insuranceVSP to America's Best. (I have attached the document). On 11/30/2023 I was told by America's Best managed care benefit department they submitted a 'Reinstatement of claims benefits' On 12/18/2023 I followed up on this situation and America's Best managed care reported it has no record of the claim or the payment. America's Best has done Nothing to correct this insurance error and I continue to get the run around. I want a refund, issued to me, of all money paid to America's Best on this claim by me and my insurance company. I intend to use my benefits dollars appropriately toward my son's contact lenses.Business response

To whom it may concern,
We apologize for this error in processing this order. The patient was incorrectly billed on insurance during their initial visit. Once the error was noticed, our managed care department rescinded the insurance claim on 11/22/23. VSP was contacted and responded 11/30/23 that the claim was going to be rescinded.
If the claim has not yet been rescinded by VSP, we do not have visibility to their records.
We would be happy to further assist in any way possible to get this resolved.
