Both Levi and Kevin were very professional and knowledgeable about the electrical issues in my house. They explained everything what they were going to do and after they were finished they had me check their work by making sure all the switches were working properly. We have used Hero for years. They are prompt and always send someone that can fix the problem within a day or two (emergencies like septic or plumbing). We value the efficient service, but you do pay for excellence. We did have an issue where we were told by one serviceman we’d receive a phone call after paying half our cost and didn’t get the phone call. We called ourselves and Ryan came out to complete the work (a different technician). Other than the communication problem after the initial visit, everything was good. They do try to be proactive and fix things that might have a little life left. Just have to decide what you can manage regarding those types of recommendations. Will use again and highly recommend.Review from Jim B
