I joined the program and have had so many successes that even include the opportunity to now be a EMD lender for other students. The mentors, and fellow students make this a true community that wants to see you succeed. Everything you need is there, you just have to plug in. Knock and the door will be opened. Just trust in yourself enough to do the knocking. In life, everything all boils down to who you know. That never changes... and without this community I would not be where I am now. The knowledge and the people I'm surrounded by are worth more than I could have ever paid.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this company. They provide what they promise to provide and more. The customer service is top-notch. The community is overflowing with people taking the course seriously and getting results. You have access to expert mentors who help you every step of the way so you find a path to success regardless of your own personal situations and limitations. Like any course, a few Negative Nancy's come in occasionally. People who want an easy button for life rather than a system to learn and who won't put in the effort to implement it for themselves. But even then, the team bends backward to help, and everyone wins when the advice is taken!

Also known as the Flip Secrets. They tell you how much they will help you get your first deal. They have you pay $10,000 for the course and if you don't have the money? No problem, They will sign you into debt. They work with a financing company called Special Financing Co LLC. They give you 14 days to get get a refund if you don't like the program, which it is impossible to determine that if you are an average 9-5 working individual. So now you're stuck with a program you don't want or satisfied with. My problem stems from the lack of actual assistance. While there are resources to get you started. If you don't have really good credit to borrow your first set of funds, you're stuck. But oh, wait. You can joint venture with someone who has better credit to get you started. But if no one wants to venture with you, then what? They tell you start a business, find partners etc, but why don't the coaches, the actual people running the program actually help you through your first deal, step by step in stead of a silly coaching call once a week that gets you nowhere? This program is a joke. You can find better programs for free, telling you the same information without coughing up $10,000 buckaroons. BEWARE!
