A review of my dealings with exp Realtor company, and the listing at **** Presidential Lane ********* TNXXXXX, and my encounter with Lindsay S. one of two women at the open house held Saturday. August 20, 2022. What transpired, I am arrived at the location got out of my truck and started videoing the outside of the house to show my wife who is presently in China. As I walked up toward the front door a woman came out and told me to come on in and as I entered, she identified herself as Lindsay and as I entered, she said look around and she said that the seller was giving a floor and paint budget. So, I looked around in and outside found the wood flooring was in rough shape, same with the paint, up the upstairs rug was in verry bad shape, water heater blowoff had a glass jar under it half full of water, the downstairs return is noisy, upstairs master bath both sinks are cracked, under the kitchen sink the bottom needs to be replaced. So, I told Lindsay about everything, and she said the seller would only cover the cost of painting, wood flooring, upstairs carpet. so, I told my relator to start the process, to put in a bid and she did.
Last night around 10 PM my relator representing me emailed me and said that the seller likes my offer, and I had to do some paperwork. Then while I was at work my relator called me and said they don't want to fix a thing, then latter my relator calls me back and said that the seller would offer only $5000 credit, this money would not even pay for the labor of painting, flooring, carpet.
Lindsay uses empty promises to get people to put in a bid, she has no intention of fulfilling the false promise, she claims it came from the seller, I find her honesty unethical, morally reprehensible, questionably illegal, is it the Exp Realtor company business as usual, I have her on video making the promise.
