            We hired Keter Royal Restorations to finish the mudding on a 420sq ft room. They were constantly late or didn't show up at all. I had to reach out to them to find out what days they were actually going to show up. The work that they called completed was anything but completed. Upon asking them if they had made corrections to the problem areas that we had noticed they told me the corrections had been made. The corrections were not made and they ended up having to come back the next day to finish the corrections. There are several areas that were still never completed correctly that my husband and I will be repairing ourselves. It was obvious to us that they didn't take our job seriously and they didn't care about the completed work. One employee was adamant about making the corrections but the owner just wanted his check. Overall we felt very disrespected and and lied to which is not what we expect from a professional contractor.

            We are sincerely sorry that you feel this way about us and/or our services, as our general policy is to return and fix problem areas to the extent necessary. We have numerous happy repeat clients, who have also referred us to others, etc, who can vouch for this.
            Concerning the specific comment about not fixing the areas [that you sent me pictures of], we did fix those areas, and have google timeline proof of return after an hour [actually, about hour and 20 minutes]. Any further items that needed to be addressed by us should have been brought to our attention by you; but they weren't. We take our projects and our integrity seriously.
