04/08/23 - purchased Ashbury Hip Belt Bag (#ORD1436) for $145.95 (includes tax/shipping). 04/13/23 - item was delivered; tried belt on and decided to return the belt. 04/15/23 - sent multiple emails to [email protected] requesting a return shipping label (NOTE: the company indicates you must make the request within 2 weeks of purchase or the return will not be accepted). I received a bounce back email stating from Microsoft Outlook stating "Elyse Wilde ([email protected]) The address you sent your message to wasn't found at the destination domain. It might be misspelled or it might not exist.", so I called the phone number listed on the website (865-394-9856) and left a voicemail requesting a call back and a return shipping label again. 04/17/23 - emailed [email protected] again and received a bounce back email. Called the phone number listed on the website and left a second voicemail request a return shipping label. 04/19/23 - emailed [email protected] again and received a bounce back email. 04/23/23 - received an email from [email protected] titled "What'd you think of your purchase from Elyse Wilde?" that I replied to, again requesting a shipping label. Received a bounce back email. 05/01/23 - received a second email from [email protected] titled "What do you think of your purchase from Elyse Wilde?", ******* ******************* again and received a bounce back email.
