They lied to me the salesman Pete ******** pitched a mathematical equation to gain my sales and overbilled me by 60% I was on the Fox5 Atlanta ITEAM interview about West Georgia Solar Scam and having difficulty to find a lawyer to renegotiate contract

More than screwed over. Paying a substaintial amount on the panels on top of electric bill. No check for tax credit, oversold underdelivered and I'm stuck for 20y.

I agreed on getting the $47000 solar system based on what they promised, said that I would get a $13,000 tax brake that was a lie also told me that the panels would cover 70-90% of my power usage that was also a lie. Solar titan USA is a joke Is there a way to get out of this?

The solar system has never worked. Tried calling several times no return calls. We are paying on a loan to" Mosaic Loan Services" Titan Solar, They just installed it and left, never explaining how it works. Not getting any service, The lights are flashing red. We are still paying the same or more for the "electric bill" Solar Titan promised $15.00 bills from the electric power board, but bills running high as $600.00. We can not continue to pay electric bills this high, and pay for a loan, with services not working. Losing money from this investment. my wife and I are retired. Solar Titan Lied and stole from us. Mosaic says we should get a tax refund, and forward the money back to them or they will go up on our payments, we have gotten no tax refund

Solar titan is a joke a nd a very bad one at that. they promised all kinds of things and never did get our system up and running right yet. we were told that it would knock our bill done to basically nothing and we would also get money back for the usage we didnt use. They also told us when they first came out that they would get things up and running within a week, and be using it in no time,and start earning money back as well. we were also told we would get a break on our taxes as well they said we would get a 10,000 dollar credit but we would have to put it back in to the payment so we could payoff quicker. The Inspector came out several times and each time he came out things were still not up to code. so he would send email to solar titan and to us, then we would call solar titan and they would always say that they didnt recieve the email from the inspector. (when i know they did i watched the Inspector do it ) so they would say wel what did he say neede fixed. I woudl say what the inspector said and they woud say well can you send us the pictures that would help move things along. so my husband would go outside and take the pictures that they needed and send them to solar titan. still they would not come out and fix the issues.I would call everyday and speak to someone and i would always try to speak to an manager and of course they would lie,lie,lie and we would hang up the phone and the next day same thing. over and over and over until finally they stopped answering the phone. By that point i had called and told mosiac I was done making payments and they said give it a week and i will get them to come out and fix it. I said ok but if they dont show i will not be paying you anymore. well 2 weeks went by and i called mosiac back and said im done I am not paying anything else. there stars would be -5

I've been waiting 9 1/2 months for hookup with the electric grid. The first time Nashville Electric inspected some extra work needed to be completed. I was told that another appointment was made but I saw no one and I'm still not on the grid. Solar Titan gave excuses for awhile but now they cannot be reached by phone. Meanwhile I'm being charged interest for the loan. Can I do anything to get the service.

Solar Titan is not what we were hoping for. They need to be jailed for scamming million of people. The lost money and stolen money from those who invested in the company. I would like to know if I can get my money back.

Total misrepresentation of product and financing. Find out after the system was in that the Federal government rebate is NOT available if you’re on Social Security and don’t pay taxes. Although the financial agreement shows that when I get the money and turn it over to Mosaic my payment would not go up. Already have hard time paying both electric and solar and my solar will go up.

Buyer beware. We have an unable to reach this company for over three weeks. We have left dozens of messages no one has gotten back to us. Currently paying $20,000 for a solar panel system that I not even sure is functioning. We have not seen reduction in our electric bills. Starting to seem as if we were scammed

Solar Titan USA talked a big game, but has not produced! I haven't spent any money, but have creditors after me! And equipment that does not work the way they tell you. Was promised by a John Carroll, of Solar Titan that I was going to be made happy with all the complaints I had turned in about things not getting done. Main thing, is they get you started with a finance payment before equipment is installed and operating! I want their equipment gone and my credit restored!
