      Went to ideal image and spoke with a sale consultant, and I also recorded the whole meeting and still have that recording. she lead me to believe that one treatment would show results, then we could decide if I wanted more I paid 2800. and went in to get my chin done on my follow-up app I told them I was not happy that it did not do anything, know they are changing their story, saying they told me id need more, and also they have doctored my chart, saying it says I needed more treatment and that was for the laser on my face, not the cool sculpting and they wrote down cool sculpting. I wanted a complaint filed, and a customer service person named **** called me today saying so sorry I signed a no guarantee paper which they sure don't push while they're trying to get your money. This is shady, and they just ripped me off for 2800. and don't even care. There should be something done about this kind of practice. They are all kind and sweet, wanting to do anything to get your money, then it's too bad. I even told **** that i had a phone recording and nothing like that was said and id be more than happy to send it to her she didn't care

      I had a consultation via zoom with an Ideal Image rep. The rep said I could benefit from getting the Ultherapy procedure. I'd never heard of it but she explained it and it didn't sound too extreme so I said ok. The appointment was scheduled for April 29. She explained payment options and a ******* retail credit card was presented. I was approved for $3500 via ******** The cost of the procedure plus a year VIP membership, which I did not decide to get, but was forced into because she said it was required, came to $1660. Afterwards, I researched Ultherapy, and after 3 weeks of going back and forth I decided it wasn't for me. By this point I had already made an almost double payment to Fortiva in the amount of $150. I called ******* to get a refund and close my account. The rep said that they could close my account, but couldn't refund me because it was up to Ideal Image. I called Ideal Image and was deferred to a specialty department who would handle my situation. They called me a few days later and I explained the situation. The Ideal Image rep said that they had No Refunds written clearly on the contract I signed. Nowhere does it say No Refunds for services not provided. They are refusing to refund me my payment of $150, and also demanding I pay them the remainder of the credit that Fortiva extended, for the procedure I did not have done. My ******* account is closed now, and Ideal Image say its Ideal Image that I owe this money to.

      I spoke with a Consultant on the phone about getting services with Ideal Image. The consultant I spoke with misled me about the terms of services and was not honest and forthcoming. After speaking with the finance company and reading other reviews, I found out the truth. These consultants are very pushy to get you to use the finance option because they are paid immediately for the services, that I did not recieve. I called and canceled my appointment and let them know that I did not want their services any longer because of how their employee blatantly lied and I feel that is a very shady business tactic. I have emailed and left message after message about wanting a refund because I did not receive any service, with no response. The last time I called, the receptionist told me they do not give refunds but offer store credit. I informed her that I would not spend any money with a shady company and will take my money to a more honest reputable company. I still have not heard any word from anyone about my refund of $3200.00... No where on their website or when speaking with the consultant did she mention that I would be signing a contract (I have no copy of one) or that their services were non-refundable. Therefore, I should recieve my entire refund immediately.
