            i purchased a SSB filter for my ham radio. This outfit is the only place that has them. I had never purchased from them. I got some questions answered and I convinced myself they were safe to buy from. Huge mistake. For the last several years shipping has been a huge nightmare for me. The only carrier in my area that brings me what I ordered is UPS. These guys only offer UPSP Priority mail of UPSP next day. I decided that if they did not care anymore than that about thier customer getting what they paid for I would ask for a charge back when it disappears. Had two last last week of september, one was 6 weeks late before they admitted it was lost, its not rare. Priority tracking does keep up with the package they and first class tracking is not the same, they dont normally scan at each office. I selected the priority and they actually sent it first class. they cant even delivery a letter with a stamp much less a package. i would have just done without the part had i known they would do that. they have my money and used poor judgement and misleading and untruthful information as they collected my money. Thank goodness I used a credit card and not my debit card
