      I rate them a 0! I will never go there again! Time before last when I got a large soda it only tasted of carbonation, no pop flavor. The last time I went there I bought 2 different packages of candy, both were old & stale. We waited in line for 25 minutes for service & we were the 3rd customer in line. Floors were sticky, bathroom was dirty.

      On June 30 2024 booked 6 tickets to Regal in manahawkin, Takes a hour to get there . When we arrive the concession stand has about 8 big buckets of popcorn all over behind counter .. so we skip that part and head to theater.. no one is there to take tickets people are just walking in .. mind you no assigned seating so weird you wouldn’t check and lack of security.. you have heard of shootings in theaters. The movie was playing in theater 6 .. tiny and had absolutely not been cleaned .. dirty cups left in and old popcorn containers.. we were 15 min early so you know it want clean . Also trash can outside was over flowing . As well the screen was slightly out of focus . That all sucked and what ever lots of young employees.. over worked on a rainy day and prob bad management from looks of the place . I thought why harass a 25 year old who can’t really do much and is over worked . I was actually nice to every employee and said rough day huh .. as they missable did job .. I contacted Regal customer support .. whose first email is auto generated . Blah blah blah about ticket refunds and such . Contacted them again and got Sarah who told me because I didn’t make a stink on the spot inform of my kids .. other people kids a bunch of other parents and overworked employees. I must have enjoyed myself? How do those two thing relate ? Yoh think a manager had time when his theatre was that awful? Sarah seems think customer service is her talking and me laying down at her lap because I didn’t want yo be a ass to someone ? Please contact me a real regal customer service ..

      One of the worst experience ever, using regal unlimited since 2018. I’m a paying regal unlimited customer. I have not been contacted about regal customer care about the photo on my app. They want it to be my photo. I show them my license, email, credit to confirm it’s me. The manager threatened that to call the police and have a trespassing order against me. Today at regal cinema lynbrook, ny, I tried to verfiy my email, credit card, and license. From the beginning of my annual membership, I have used Arnold as a photo on my app. there have been no emails from regal to give me a chance to switch photo. im a paying customer why am i being threatened, when i have proof of receipt and verify my purchase and verify my identity by driving liscense. I demand a full redund.

      Product I order was in poor condition. Customer service is awful. Took weeks for a response. When they did respond they didn’t even have the correct information for my order. I gave them the order number in numerous emails. All I wanted was a refund, and customer service won’t issue a return or refund.

      I regrettably became an unlimited Regal Cinema participant. I am disabled, and a lot of the theaters are upstairs as well as downstairs. There have been numerous times where the elevator and or the escalator have both been out of use. Consequently, I wasn't able to view the movie. I have tried numerous times to cancel my membership. The number to the business that they make available is useless. There is not any way to speak with a representative. It is simply a recording, and then they hang up. I've followed the other prompts, and was unable to resolve the issue. They make it virtually impossible to cancel the membership. I have gone to the theater and asked for help from the manager and they say that that isn't something that they can help with. So I am Shelling out *** a month, not seeing any movies, and have had futile attempts at trying to cancel my membership. This place is nothing short of a rip off, and I understand that a lot of the locations are closing. And it doesn't surprise me one bit. The Customer Service, or lack of it is Beyond frustrating. And being a senior citizen on a limited income, I just don't feel that this treatment is fair and if somebody could help me figure out how to cancel this membership I would greatly appreciate it.

      I loaded a **** gift certificate (Christmas present) in to my Regal App under the “method of payment”, menu section. I also have my credit card on file (which is a requirement of theirs), in the same section. It clearly states Gift Cards will be used first before credit cards are charged. When I wrote an email to request an Unlimited Year pass, believing the cost would be taken off my gift card on file, my credit card was charged instead. AND, lo and behold the gift card in the amount of **** had also completely disappeared off the app!! (Other, old gift cards with zero balances were still in the app from up to 2 yrs ago.) I have tried and tried and tried to get this across to Customer Service—who can only be contacted by email; you cannot speak with a person—only to be told that they have no way of tracking my gift card. — It was supposed to be understood (how I would magically know this, IDK) that I was to keep the gift card number (about 20 digits) around until my card ON THE APP, mind you, had a zero balance! Why enter it into the app if the app isn’t going yo keep track of it? Why doesn’t the app generate a confirmation number and email it to me? They will also NOT refund the **** my credit card was charged for Annual Unlimited Pass, because I had already started to use it in March. (The pass started March 1st. and there IS a month to month Unlimited option.) i told them to charge me gor the ONE month and then cancel it before April’s charge, BUT refund the YEAR’S charge. But NO. They can’t do that! SOOOOOOO, I am now out **** for a **** Annual Pass with REGAL CINEMA. And, at this point I will NEVER set foot in one of their theaters unless carried in under general anesthesia!!! CLASS ACTION SUIT? HELL YEAH !!! COUNT ME IN !!! Steven Fass

      Sarah in concessions provided my daughter I with excellent customer service I loved the seats and the Awesome leg room making the movie comfortable to watch I am 6ft3inches!! Thanks Again

      They obscure the terms of your cancellation options. Terms like this should involve an e-signature via Docusign. This is what is known as a "Dark Pattern". Also, they will charge your debit/credit card whenever they choose. If they cause an overdraft due to an unexpected date of charge, it's on you. Anyone up for a class-action lawsuit?

      They have been hacked and someone was able to use my account to purchase 3 sets of tickets to a theater in LA- (I and from texas)- I contacted support and they blame me and say someone has access to my credit card. This is not true because the card attached to my Regal account is digital only and a unique number just for my regal account so they had to have gained access to my regal account specifically. The tickets were for a future date so I was able to cancel but Regal will not refund that booking fee . I have of course contacted my bank as well but they should not have the responsibly in fighting this when it was Regals site that was compromised.

      Don’t sign up for the Regal Unlimited subscription! If you decide to cancel, you have to go through multiple cancelation layers and emails that I believe are designed to confuse and deceive. Customer service is difficult to reach in real time resulting in multiple emails with multiple customer service reps.
