Took my car in to get a transmission line fixed that busted, they said they had fixed it after a week maybe 2 of them having it.10 minutes after we pick it up the same issue starts happening. We take it back,my brother in law gets underneath the car and the parts weren’t fully screwed/bolted back in,which he has video of(currently waiting on him to send it)well then sending me out on the road like that completely messed up my transmission, they admitted they were at fall and replaced my transmission for free which is great, well that took them another 2 weeks. After that two weeks was up they said it was ready so we go to pick it up,the transmission problem was then indeed fixed however when they took the transmission out and put the new one in they ended up losing a bracket that holds a certain axel up so that it’s not hitting other parts because that part was lost my axle rubbed my power steering fluid line and all my power steering fluid leaked out the very same day we picked it up from them within a matter of 10-15 minutes. We took it back to them, they said they were ordering the part from the deal ship a week went by and we still hadn’t heard anything so we reached out to them, the owner said that he had to drive to a junk yard to get the part. fast forward to now.I got my car 2 days ago and the exact same thing happened to the new power steering line they put on because they still failed to put a bracket on to hold up the axel. I was without my car for 6 maybe more weeks.I’m freshly in remission so I have doctors appointments and physical therapy as well as work I need to get to and from. We called them and they said that we brought the car to them with all these issues which is false and if that was the case why did they give me a free transmission? They now won’t return our calls and hung up on us yesterday. I signed a payment plan for the cost and I’m trying to get the bill dropped because my car is still messed up and they’re work didn’t fix it after a month.

My husband dropped his truck off to get a set of tires on the truck and also for a leak to be fixed, we were headed to Florida and we told them to just let us know when it was ready and we would fly back in to pick the truck up. They called us about a week and half later to let us know the truck was completely fixed and was “test driven” 100 miles and everything was in perfect working condition. I then went ahead and paid the ******** mechanic bill (not including tires) on the truck. We fly into to TN and head to pick the truck up and when we get there Chris’s truck would hardly even run, had no oil pressure along with the oil being completely bone dry, then come to find out they drove it like that from western avenue all the way to Lenoir city. I then proceeded to call the owner and told him the truck not only was completely messed up but also was sitting on the rim in driver side and just paid 1800 for a set of new tires. CK the owner of this so called business goes on to tel me he will “make it right” and will have it fixed. We get it towed to another mechanic who has to not only fix everything the damaged but ALSO the original leak that we brought it in for that we paid ***** for and when we took the part off you could clearly see it was not replaced. I have a video recording it only if the owner speaking with someone but also a recording of the mechanic that was the one that supposedly worked in the truck and he explained he did not do half of the stuff that was written up in the work ordered that we paid for. And of course they ignore all my calls and text and will not refund me any of the money. CK has been in trouble with not only changing miles on vehicles and selling then but also tax fraud, he filed bankruptcy once because of the lawsuits against him and changed name of company once already not to mention there is a 16 year working there operating the lifts and paying him under the table.

I took my vehicle here on December 19th to get a new tire and asked them to check it over because I had a "check engine light" that I was concerned about since I had a long trip planned December 27th. It ended up being a thermostat which they changed. The mechanic told me when I got my keys back that it may jump a little on my way home which I thought was odd but I assumed he knew what he was doing. It turned out that it had not been burped long enough and there were air pockets in the coolant. I then had to take it back twice both times I was told it just needed more "burping". Well I then heard a crack sound a full day later on the 23rd and called the shop because of course it overheated again. I was told not to drive it, that they would tow it and find out what was wrong. Now yes the holidays cause everything to be a little slower but NOT ONCE did anybody call me to give an update. I had to call 4 times and it wasn't until my boyfriend called that we finally got an answer that we could have it towed in and they'd look at it. By this point, my stress is sky rocketing because I have missed my trip to see my aging grandmother. I've already gotten my loan discounted with Acima who I got the repairs financed through. At this point, I just want them to pay off my balance to Acima for $318 and then send me a check for $140 because that's what I've already paid Acima. Or they can just send me a check for $500 I don't care. I absolutely do not want them near my car because I can't trust them to make the repairs that might be needed or even diagnose it properly for that matter and even if I could, their lack of communication is cause enough for me to never do business with them again. If they fail to do this, I will be contacting a lawyer.

Date of transaction: 9/2/2022 I took my vehicle to Affordable Tire Company due to having two flat tires. I got 2 used tires and had the 2 flat ones bead sealed(even though those 2 were bought from same company 6/23/2022). I go out today, 9/5/2022, and the 2 tires that were bought are flat. I contact the company regarding the flat tires and was told that I would have to pay $60.00 to have the tires fixed. I just paid $133.83 on 9/2 for all tires.

They stripped out a lug on my car and then proceeded to cut it off to change the tire, instead of accepting responsibility they then tried to place blame on me. Photos I have added are of the one they cut off and then the other lugs to show condition.
