They will give you convoluted information and never fully tell you how much or what you're paying for and then after you sign paperwork that's it they're done they've got your money they then immediately become rude. The sales Management young black girl took no responsibility for the fact that they did not give me clear or correct information and even though I was trying to pay for my shocks no one took the payment the other man they had helping me just simply kept saying I only owed $40 some dollars for the tires and I even mentioned the shocks nothing I was told will call you when they're in. Then their sales manager tried to claim she is the one who handled the whole transaction which she was not as she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off because they apparently are very unorganized there and said that I had to pay for them up front when I was just told I had to pay for them in full that they didn't do payment plans for the shocks. Total incorrect information and then the sales manager she was rude with me because they screwed up and did not give me correct information or tell me clearly what was happening as well as Miss quoting the price because she didn't quote it to me it was the guy she had helping me but she wasn't there for any of that apparently or wasn't paying attention. I wound up getting charged over $500 for tires that did not include the shocks so I'm going to pay for the tires and I'm going to go to a real shop with better quality service and more mature management that can take some self responsibility instead. Buyer beware.

on 02/28/2022 this customer did come into the store. she requested a lift kit four shocks and four tires. on her mustang. we advised we did not recommend a lift kit that most likely she just needed new shocks. she agreed. we were very busy and explained we could do the tires today but would need to set up a time to do the shocks. we quoted the tires and shocks to the customer. she decided to enter into our payment program. we explained that we could not order the shocks until paid in full. the customer said she would pay for them the day she came to install. the price of the tires was $487.50 plus sales tax. the shocks were 644.36 that includes $130 for labor to install the shocks. this is a discounted rate of $65 per hour. Im sorry for any confusion but she signed an agreement for four tires with a cash price of $487.50. the agreement did not include shocks. we are unable to offer our in house payment plan on accessories but we do offer a 3rd party if the customer would like a payment plan. i also would be willing to discount the labor even further to make up for the customers frustration. just give us a call ask for the store manager. ill get everything set up.

This is quite a joke as you never offered any of that on top of the fact stating you were the store manager were extremely rude to me and made it very clear that everything that happened was my fault. You took no responsibility I absolutely would never give you service ever again the seven people I had suggested for getting tires there I quickly contacted so that they will no longer purchase tires from you either. You're above response should have been the response you offered at the gate after the mistake was made and it was clear and I was called in the morning and so rudely spoken to and treated. This offer was never made none of it was ever clarified there is absolutely no way I will ever use your services again I will go to a reputable mechanic and shop that has far better customer service your sales manager was unwilling to help before was extremely rude why would I even waste my time trying to speak with her or deal with her again!
