My car was put in budget transmission by my dealership on 5/11/2021 because the transmission needed to be replaced. Budget had my car for 3 days I called to check on my vehicle on day 2 of them having it and I was told it was not ready a day later I called at 9am and I was told it had been completely fixed and that I could come pick it up. I go pick my truck up and on my way home it starts leaking transmission fluid mind you I have my 2 mo old baby in my vehicle while this is happening. I called budget they told me to drive it back down to their shop so they could take a look at it. They discovered that they didn't replace a cap of some kind by the trans is what called the leak supposedly. Well 2 days later the transmission is leaking transmission fluid again. I called them back again to let them know the issue they towed it back to their shop. When I called to check on my car I was told that they stopped the leak and that they did a full diagnostics on my vehicle to make sure there were no other issues. Well they called and said that I have a few codes that needed to be repaired that they couldn't repair because they do not offer that kind of work. So I take it to my dealership to get the codes fixed that Budget could not repair. FINE. I have been having some loud rattling noises and shifting issues since budget claimed they fixed my car. However, I got another diagnostic done on my car on 10/13/2021 because the way my car drives and shifts is way too dangerous for me and my 6mo old now and my 2 other children to be riding in because I just knew that something was not right with my vehicle. Well sure enough the diagnostic comes back and it's my transmission it has never been fixed it is even worse than when they was supposedly fixed it the first time. I'm filing a complaint because I do not feel like I should have to keep going through this with this company. MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED AND I NEED THIS ISSUE RESOLVED VERY PROMPTLY I CAN NOT KEEP PUTTING MY LIFE IN d
