    August24 ,2022 Yes I purchased a dryer from buy right furniture on August 24th they charged me $300 and $37 for the dryer and $50 for the delivery fee which came out to a total of $397 cash they were supposed to deliver the dryer and remove the old dryer they came to deliver the dryer The dryer was a three plug when I needed a four plug All they had to do was change the plugs they never discussed with me that they don't change the plugs they also never told me that they do not do refunds he asked me do I want the dryer or not and he shoved it on the moving truck and smashed out real speeded out fast and took it back to buy right furniture and told me that they would keep the delivery fee that I would have to figure it out on my own they never remove the old washer off of my porch and when they came to deliver it they did not want to change the car We all did not know it was a three-prong I needed a four so he told me that I was on my own so I told him that I did not know how to fix on that dryer and that I didn't have any tools here and that was too much for me to have to go tthrough. End up I never received a dryer and my old dryer is on my porch today is August28 I had to call the police they told me they couldn't do nothing to get my money back and to leave the property I didn't get no dryer and they did not remove my dryer on my porch they just kept my money and cursed me with curse words difntbexplain to me they don't change cords and no refunds

    I picked out a (used) refrigerator and stack washer/dryer. Asked they are working properly and told that they check and test every appliance they receive. Asked if they deliver and who that is. They told me deliveries are by another service (moving contractor) and based on a milage range. Asked if they can hold them for me until I am ready for delivery. They agreed and I paid for both appliances that day. The time came that I wanted them delivered and was told I needed to get back to the store and pay for the delivery on a Friday for delivery Monday. So, I rushed there to meet their policy to be told defensively, "I didn't say that" by the owner. O.K., so I pay for the delivery (plus tax, plus a surprise 3.5% CC fee) and made a delivery appointment (5:00 PM 3 days later). On the delivery day I am there, waiting for the delivery. A large truck finally arrives, 45 minutes late without any delay notice or explanation. The driver? the store owner plus two workers. A delivery contractor? No, the store's truck. I explain that the washer/dryer needs to be placed about 60 feet away outside one location. The refrigerator to an apartment 20 feet away. The driver (business owner) they can't deliver the washer where I need it. Why? "we can't do that". After pressing him further, he instructs his workers to move it there. Finally the refrigerator is unloaded and placed on the driveway in front of the apartment where it will go and they get ready to leave. I ask them to finish the delivery and move the refrigerator into the apartment. The driver (owner) said, "we don't do that". I said, "I paid to have it delivered". The owner, "we did deliver it". Then the owner calls me a liar. (a liar?). I had no idea why and shocked! Then he added profanities! Next: The washer/dryer does not work- the dryer is totally "dead" and the washer tub does not turn. They NEVER tested it. The warranty? you must return it to them for "repair" then you need to move it back. Very deceptive and shady.
