Worst experience ever and they lie about there vehicles. I was told the vehicle ran great down the road but when it was delivered I had to jump start it and the transmission was slipping so bad it made the motor hit. And the steering was so bad you could barely keep it on the road. I couldn't even get it legal in Texas and they refused to do anything about it. They would not even take it back they picked it up after I said keep the down payment but are going to auction it off and have me pay the rest. Knowing it will not bring very much considering how it runs. Never do business with Street side classic. They are not honest people . I wish I could leave a negative star

We are sorry the customer had issues with the vehicle, we made attempts to reach out and assist with necessary repairs but the customer stopped responding. We also tried to reach again on the day the review was left to help once again but were informed he no longer has the vehicle. Streetside is not sending the vehicle to auction, we would assume that is the bank sending to auction as we do not have any control over that aspect. The customer never provided us with any information about what exactly was wrong with the vehicle for us to provide any assistance or remedy.Review from Barbara p

Not a great experience, worse salesman ever. We bought a truck, c10 from Jim as soon as we pd for it , Jim did not want anything to do with us. We had the truck shipped to us which took two months. The first time driving it the battery went dead and the gas pedal fell off, the seatbelts do not work nor does the radio... Took it to the dmv and was fined because it was over 30 days than the vin numbers were not visible so we had to take it for an inspection... what a nightmare... never buy there again...Streetside Classics - Nashville Response

We are sorry for the shipping delay, we use 3rd party companies as we do not ship vehicles. That portion of the review should likely be left for the actual company responsible for shipping. We would like to note that while your vehicle was booked a tornado and snow storm hit the mid south and MANY vehicle transports were cancelled due to severe weather as was explained to you both via the transport company and Sales Manager from Streetside personally calling. At which time was fine and understandable by this reviewer. As to the vehicle issues, we didn't hear anything after the truck was delivered and weren't even given the option to make the situation right. They never reached out to express any issues at which time we would have happily discussed a mutual resolution for both parties.
