    I have been seen at the ************************ clinic for primary care since my PCP left the practice at StoneCrest.I am mainly seen for sinus and allergy issues. I tested positive for covid on 08/08/2022 I seen NP ***********************. I always get prescribed z pack and steroid pack. I was seen again on 08/12/2022, 08/17/2022, and 09/02/2022. I called the office and sent email I was not feeling better and need to be seen. I never got a response back. I always schedule my appointments online.I paid my copays up front and I checked my Bluecross Blueshield website noticed they owe me refund for the copays. I called billing on 09/01/2022 spoke to ***** she said I had a credit of $95.00 and she will put me on the list. She said they issue refund checks every Monday. I was seen on 09/02/2022 the front desk never looks at my account and sees the credit. I told her I had a credit of $95.00 I spoke to billing the day before she asked for my copay anyway. On 08/17/2022 I seen NP ****** said I had elevated blood pressure and put me on blood pressure meds that did not work. She also prescribed pills for coughing did not help, z pack and steroid pack that did not help. She prescribed muscle relaxer for my headache in the back for my head. You order labs on that day. I never got a call back my labs are normal or what I had to call the office to get my results. NP ****** wanted me to come back in 2 weeks for blood pressure check. I called and emailed for a appt I requested to speak to office manager no response. I scheduled my appt online for sept 2. My legs, feet, and ankles were swollen from COVID. The nurse did not check my blood pressure and NP did not ask about blood pressure or any meds. These providers in the clinic are not prescribing the correct meds. I went to my asthma dr he prescribes singular, inhaler, Augmentin antibiotics and predisone. I will not be returning for primary care I found a PCP to go to and I see allergy and asthma dr. I have not got my refund.

    I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! I saw Kimberly P******* here. She was terrible. She has no bedside manner. Did not listen to anything I said about my symptoms. I never felt so ignored and not valued before in my life. She stereotyped me. I had to ask her to even examine me. She tried to diagnose me without listening to me or examining me. My experience there was absolutely ridiculous and terrible. They don't know what they're doing. Don't waste your time or money with this quack.
    I tried to escalate the issues that I had during my visit to the office manager Missy. She tried to pretend like she cared to pacify me. I wanted to speak to the owner about the unprofessionalism and insults that I received during my visit. The office manager said that she was going to talk to the owner and follow up with me but she never did. I tried to call her everyday for a week straight and she would not return my call. I left voicemails and messages with the front desk and she never called me back. I finally gave up after another week of calling with no answer. I just really felt like the owner should have been aware of what is going on in his establishment. These people are so unprofessional and honestly this place should be shut down if this is how they're going to do business. But I know that the office manager doesn't want the owner to know what's going on because it's a poor reflection on her. So instead she just ignores my calls and messages. I feel completely robbed. I paid $103 for absolutely nothing there. Never received a diagnosis. No treatment. Couldn't even get the results of a test I needed done because they LOST my sample. Just paid to be insulted, stereotyped, mistreated, and disregarded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I'm telling everyone I know not to go here. Seriously thinking about reporting to better business bureau because a business cannot take money from a customer and not provide any services which is what I experienced here.
