We purchased the Stealth, Semi In-Ground Pool and although the beginning install was a little shaky with the 1st crew, the 2nd crew came out and we couldn’t be any more pleased. They were the absolute best. We personally want to thank, Dave, Zach and Michael for all they’ve done to make this install a great success. We truly can’t thank y’all enough. Y’all are ROCKSTARS ?? I sure hope they get the credit they deserve on the other end of this. Highly recommend this Crew, hands down!! Thank you, thank you, thank you guys for a fantastic install! Koree is amazing! I went in looking for a specific pump cord and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond typical customer service. truly the worst customer service experience we have ever had, Our semi in ground pool was installed almost 2 inches to low, it was supposed to line up with our deck. they had us purchase 8 tons of sand and we had almost 3 tons left over, the sales rep refuse's to talk to us, he just hangs up on me nobody calls you back they say it was my fault for the left over sand and that they did their best lining the pool up. Liam the salesguy told me i never shouldn't have paid outright for it that i should have financed it for a better result. ( what does mean). The real issue is the pool didn't line up with the deck.Review from Tracy S

Great company, John M****** was very patient with me & walked me through the buying process. I had some equipment issues from the installers. I called John & he walked me though a quick fix & got a service order in right away & the problem was corrected. I will be back!Pool & Spa Depot Response
