I bought a car from this place, and here recently have been having issues with it and when I asked them to fix it they refuse to fix the issues or give me some other type of car that actually operates and they are expecting me to pay for something that is not operating and I don't appreciate that or will not accept that what so ever. This is my first time getting a car and I got it from this place and they completely screwed me over.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/23) */ Ms.****** purchased a 2005 ***** Rendezvous on 5/25/22. On 7/14/22 she complained of an issue with the vehicle and we told her to take it to ****** ********** in ********, TN. ****** replaced the coil on cylinder 2. The repair was within the 3 month 3000 mile warranty and ******* II paid for it. That solved the issue. on 7/19/22 she took it in to ****** and complained that the brake lights were not working. ****** charged the battery in the vehicle and everything including brake lights were operating. ****** determined that an inside map light had been left on and drained the battery. While at ****** she told the mechanic that she had hydroplaned and ran off the road and had damage under the vehicle. She wanted ******* II to pay to have that damage repaired and we refused due to the fact it was not a warranty issue but an operator error. The last payment made on the account was 8/30/22. On 9/9/22 she called and said the vehicle was not running and was located in the parking lot where she works. We sent several texts to her and no reply until 9/19/22 when she gave us the address of location of the vehicle and wanted us to pick it up as a voluntary repossession. We now have the vehicle here at our lot.Initial Complaint

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/16) */ Tinkham Auto Sales, Inc. and Tinkham Auto Sales II do not currently have anyone in our accounts with the name **************. Neither location shows to have ever had a customer by that name.
