      Beware! Sales dude Joe c. Is an idiot! Scammer and the construction manufacturing crew don't know anything about building homes they can't even do electrical, plumbing or a/c installation correctly! Stay away from this crappy company! Unless you want them to scam your $. You been warned! Factory expo Scammers! All. Should be fired!!!!! !!!!!

      I am not pleased with my house. At first, I was pleased but as time went by. my thoughts had changed. some of the vinyl siding was not put together properly which caused damage inside the walls whenever it rained and I didn't have gutters on the house which should have been included in on the price of the house. Even if the company couldn't put gutters on the house at the time of transporting the house from one location to another. The gutters should have been installed along side of the house at the time of setup on the house. Some of the windows were not properly installed in the back of the house where rain came in between the window and the vinyl siding which caused damage to the wall on the inside going from the kitchen to the living room. The manufactured should have sent a contractor with all equipment needed to provide a decent examination of the walls. which was not done properly. Buyer has to do many things to fix the problem which should have been on the manufacturers side. Buyer has try to communicate the issues to the manufacturer but was overlooked many times by the owner.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are showing that your home shipped in October 2017. The manufacturer provides a 1-year warranty, which was acknowledged at time of executed purchase agreement. Based on our records that warranty expired roughly October 20218.       It was a pleasure doing business with Denyse and the crew at Factory Expo. We are so excited about the home we are getting and she really helped us find our dream home.

      I love my ********* home but factory expo lied and cheated at every chance. I Almost had to take them to court over contract changes they made without asking me. I just realized they cheated me out of a cabinet in my bathroom too. The management pushes " quantity not quality". The trim is horrible. Some upgrades were ridiculous in cost. I was told I could change things after we signed the contract " easily" yet was not allowed to do so. I was also told set up charges would be " about $5,000" when in reality it was closer to $10,000. Stick to the contact and don't let them tell you they can change it. That's not what contract law says. Be careful of upgrades. The $1300 for a side by side fridge ended up being the smallest one I've ever seen. For a couple of $100 more I could have had a really nice fridge. ********* was great but I can't recommend Factory Expo.

      Ms. ****** signed a purchase agreement on November 4, 2020. Throughout 2020 and into 2021 build times and supply chain issues in the housing industry has created a sense of urgency to get homes into the production cycle. Ms. ******'s home was order with the manufacturer, ********* Homes, on November 5, 2020.

      ********* Homes built Ms. ******'s home and within the agreement the manufacturer does reserve the right to make changes at any time without notice. Within the model that Ms. ****** selected ********* Homes modified the kitchen island. Factory Expo Home Centers worked with ********* Homes to have the correct island placed in her home.

      ********* Homes, covers the warranty on the homes they build. Cosmetic warranty is to be submitted within 90 days, which would have included trim or cabinet concerns.

      Factory Expo Home Centers is not involved with set up which is noted throughout the executed purchase agreement. Set up charges are based on what a contractor and customer would discuss during a visit to the customer's site.

      Ms. ****** ordered a 22 cubic foot refrigerator and received this with her home.

      You can not sell a product for a price then substitute a cheaper version on your whim. If the contract is changed it must be in writing. The company changed the counter color and that was in writing yet when they change a bar island for a flat cheaper version they don't do it in writing? Then the issue I had with the fridge was I was told I could change it later ( I we not given a price until contract signing) then when I asked to remove the fridge it couldn't be done. I was told the set up was done by people on a lust I was given to call and was told the set up was "$5000 to $6000- less because it's cash". If you don't include set up DON'T QUOTE A PRICE.
