We had many issues with our project and each time something was “finished” he had to come back to fix things. We had a shop put up and a lot of concrete poured but he stated that he could only get 2 trucks of concrete at a time, which made our driveway look awful. The driveway had to be ground down because he left multiple areas higher than the next pour, the edges are jagged, and he didn’t level anything out. Our back patio was to be stamped and colored and the color never got added, the stamp wasn’t used properly, there are boot prints in the concrete and he never attempted to fix it. He poured the sidewalk and it cracked within a day and he tried to overlay which has already broken as well. Instead of digging out the area we wanted concrete he just poured it overtop the rocks and now we have 6-8” of concrete above ground level. Instead of cleaning the dust out of the shop from cutting the concrete he attempted to use a blower to blow it out a window which has left us with a layer of concrete dust over everything in the shop. The block work was done poorly in the shop and patio. The only thing done well is the shop floor which was completed by someone else. Our patio covering has boards that aren’t flush or attached properly that he tried to hide with metal. Had to pay a landscape company to fix my yard because instead of using the driveway, he would turn his truck and trailer around in my yard where he got it stuck, which caused major ruts. Said he would put top soil down but used backfill and seeded it but made it worse “fixing” it and left it rutted up. At that point I was done dealing with him because nothing during the entire project went smoothly. He would badger me for payment and then not show up for a couple weeks stating he was trying to finish other projects. Didn’t follow his own contracts payment schedule or production schedule. we Tried to work with a small business and ended up with a very poorly finished product.

Gregory E*********** runs Anything Construction and Remodeling. He did not have any time management skills on our building project. We were lied to from the beginning about a start date for 6 weeks. Our materials were not ordered all together from the beginning when you pay a 50% deposit (for materials) at contract signing. He does not follow his own contract and has been in breach of his own contract numerous times. He also harassed us for payments before the build is completed and threaten to place a mechanics lien. I'm not sure the building is even structurally sound. The boards on my lean to don't match up evenly, he just put soffit over it to hide the problem. I have an unbelievable amount of screw holes in my roof with no screws where they missed the 2x4. We found him in so many lies just on material issues. He claimed the trusses were sold to someone else even though he paid for them already, I reached out to the company they denied and said he didn't have an account. I was told the metal got ran over in the supply yard, and my husband was told it got rust on it. Insulation bubble wrap had holes and tears like from a previous job so not new. My 6x6 post are bowed and not squared. J channel around some windows are bent on corners and scratched to pieces. Garage door won't close and lock since concrete. When concrete was poured, he poured all the way to my pipe after he told me two weeks prior he would build the pour pits himself. He does not know how to speak with customers in a business aspect. He personally told me he was trying to get away from customer service and satisfaction. We are still standing without a finished building and a bad taste in our mouth for building.
