            I took my car to Charley's Tires at 330 South Cumberland Street in Lebanon Tennessee to have a leak checked out. I was informed by the owner that I needed a new radiator. They said they had fixed the problem so I picked it up. In the next couple of days, I noticed the same leak so I took it to a dealer to check the problem and they fixed it. Charley's Tires had put a bad radiator in my car and also didn't put the other parts that the car required. The owner told me to bring the radiator back to him for a refund and when I got there with it he said that he would only refund me for the radiator and kept the 600.00 in labor that it cost for him to put the bad on in. He said that everyone makes mistakes and sometimes you get faulty parts. I am an 83-year-old female on SSI and I don't have money to give away.
