Terrible company and customer service. They never picked our trash up on time. I cancelled our service with them and they owe me a refund of over $200 that they have still not mailed to me. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple voicemails and now their voicemail box is full.Business response

******** ******** was refunded $217.00 on Dec. 11, 2023 at 9:28am to her American Express card, which was the original form of payment on her invoice. Attached is a receipt from our QuickBooks account showing the refund, including date and time, the customers name, the amount, the card type and the last four digits of the card number that was refunded. We refund to the original form of payment, Ms. ******** should be able to verify this refund as it would be recorded on her statement from her American Express card.Customer response

Trash company has just stopped picking up trash. The bill is prepaid in full and I have left numerous messages and spoken to them multiple times. They say they will do it and they don't. This happens OFTEN. One time they sent me a picture of my trash bin supposedly not in the driveway but they had the wrong address. This is a breach of contract.Initial Complaint

on 9/1/2021 we signed up for residential trash removal through Waste Authority LLC. we paid them $220 which included a set up fee and a full year of trash removal service. the set up fee also included a rolling garbage can. we have not yet received the garbage can. when we called them on 10/12/2021 to enquire about the garbage can we were informed that as of the end of the month they would be canceling service to our town. Repeated calls and messages asking about a refund for the remaining months we have paid for and the can we have yet to receive have gone unanswered.Business response
