On 26 May 2022, I bought a product from *********** (aka *******************************************). Due to the size not being in stock, the product had to be "back-ordered". Nearly a month later after my several inquiries about the status of my order, on 22 June 2022, ************* of the Sales Division at *********** finally emailed me. She wrote, "Due to seasonal demand we are experiencing a delay in our factory, backorders are shipping in 30-45 business days or more, your backorder was placed on 5/31, I would say we're looking at the end of July, beginning of August before this order will be ship." On 1 August 2022, I further inquired with ************* about the status of my order, having paid for the item 2 months prior, an inordinate amount of time waiting for the shipment. On 8 August (an untimely 1 week later), ************* responded, "...unfortunately that robe has not shipped. It is still on back order. ****** Robe is committed to filling back orders. However I do not have an estimated ship date." Since then, I have come to find that Christian Brands has acquired ****** ***** Company. On 10 August, I contacted Christian Brands via their online "contact us" page. My inquiry was acknowledged with the following response: "Your form has been successfully submitted. A representative will be contacting you within two business days. Christian Brands Church Supply." In the inquiry, I advised of the inordinate waiting time for delivery of my order made on 26 May, asking for an expedited resolution. As of this date, 17 August I have not received a response to my complaint/inquiry from Christian Brands. I am disgusted. This is supposedly a Christian/Faith based company. How can you not respond as promised on your website, and not resolve this? This level of disregard for your customers is intolerable. I'm willing to reach out to the media since we cannot get any resolution re: horrible service at ***** and Christian Brands/3-months waiting for a mere clergy robeBusiness response
