    My 2017 *** truck was dropped off on March 15, 2023 due to not maintaining oil pressure. Nick ********************** had possession of my truck from March 15, 2023 to March 30, 2023. Upon picking my truck up I noticed damage to the passenger side quarter panel and front passenger door. Prior to leaving the dealership, I returned the truck to the service bay and advised **** of the damage. At that time he took several photos of the damage then stated that it would be taken care of. I pointed out to him the camera to the upper right area of the service bay and said that camera will show we had no damage to this truck when it was dropped off. I was contacted by ************************* who identified himself as the Service Manager on April 3, 2023. I described the incident in detail and he was also provided photos of damage via email. He stated he would review the camera in the service ******** at the time the truck was dropped off. He called back and stated that he did confirm the truck had no damage to the passenger side of the vehicle and that they would take care of the damage. He requested me to get an estimate, which was provided to him. We discussed which body repair shop would be handling the repairs. He also stated that he would be ordering the *** emblem that needed to be replace for the door. On April 11th, ******* called stating that ************************* the General Manager would not being paying for the repairs and that I needed to file an insurance claim. He said they reviewed the cameras and were unable to see at what point and who damage the vehicle. Nick ********************** had possession of my truck and they were neglectful in protecting it from damage, then refused to pay for the damages.

    I bought the car November 20,2021 and the car had caused us problems with the check engine light coming on… I tried to give them back the vehicle within the 30 days and they refused. The “fix” the car after two weeks and the. The motor goes out!!!!! 2 weeks of us having the car! The car gets put into the Ford dealership shop to get a new motor. It takes 3 months for them to get the new motor in, understandable. They put me in a rental. The rental gets hit, the cv axel goes out in my car February 28th we get the car fixed and now the transmission is out… they are also trying to blame me for the rental wreck even thought the police report states it’s NOT my fault… I will never buy another car for them and now I have a vehicle I can’t drive, stress with my insurance company, and high monthly payments on a car that SITS IN MY DRIVEWAY !
