*********************** is the manager or owner not clear but is with whom I spoke and is the reason for the complaint. Had to beg to speak to him after several demanding texts from him about a better deal, all the while avoiding the issue that two days later I still had not received the mattress. The store was not open when promised the mattress would be ready. Was threatened and used intimidation tactics to try and accuse me of lying about better deal from bed and bath even after I sent link of the ad. Called repeatedly after I hung up when he yelled. Then he said he was tired of me and said to text my name and address and stated he would mail a check for refund. I'm waiting.Business response

Attaching proof of purchase. The complaint is that I never received the mattress. *************************** stated he would mail a refund check on 12/8. I have not received it.
