            May 9th 2022 I contacted Blankenship Heating and Cooling in ********* ********* about servicing my ac unit, which was purchased from them less than 5 yrs ago.I asked an idea of what the cost was going to be and was told there would be a $79 diagnostic fee to determine problem with the unit. I said that was fine. On May 11th the technician arrived and 30 minutes later he said he had to charge up refrigerant and told me my **** was $481. He said he couldnt print me a receipt and I paid by check. The unit was blowing warm air the next day, I called on Saturday May 14th and talked to ****** Blankenship, owner of the company, and explained that the ac wasnt cooling. He said he would have tech named **** come by to check it out. He did and said he would have to come back on Monday May 16th to run nitrogen thru system to find a leak. He never showed up on Monday. I called Tuesday and the lady said she would page ************************ and have him contact me. I havent heard anything from them and I was never given a detailed receipt for service on initial visit. My complaint is that they never fixed the unit, although they were paid for the service.

            Blankenship was 1 of 8 companies I called when I discovered issues with my AC and they were the only company to provide my family and I truly exceptional service! ******************** and his team, ******** and Karter were absolute heros. We will never forget what you all have done for us and our home.
