      I bought 2019 KIA Stinger (46,300) with 25,000 miles on it with factory warranty and bought extended warranty. The car check engine light came on with 49,000 miles had it towed to dealership. They will not let me have car back unless I pay $****** *hey quote they gave me was for $19,000 to fix it. I had 3 misfire codes on the car per KIA and they are now stating it needs new engine. I hired a lawyer and have gotten no where with the letters he sent. How can I get the Lemon Law Buyback done on this car? It has been sitting on there lot for 9 months fitting to get this resolved, I went by there yesterday and the tires are flat and sitting in their back lot. I have not missed any payments (I still owe *******), still paying full coverage insurance on it. Again it is still under the factory warranty when it was towed and I bought the extended warranty. I honestly thinking they are giving me the run around because I am a signal woman. I would be happy with this one fixed or buyback or replaced with equal MSRP.

      We had an issue with my vehicles engine. Thankfully Kia replaced the engine components under their warranty program and provided us with a rental car. We had waited several weeks to contact Rusty Wallace Kia regarding my vehicle and was told multiple times that they would find out more information and call back. On week 4, we finally had heard that Kia was going to cover the engine replacement free of charge. Two weeks later we were contacted to pick up the vehicle but upon getting in the car, we noticed that the screen nor the radio was not working and the door handle was extremely loose. We spoke with the service manager who argued and stated that they could not prove they were working before coming in and we could pay a diagnostic fee to have them looked at. I then asked for the GM phone number and the service manager gave me his personal number, which was proven when it was called and his phone immediately began to rang. Very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of respect. I have been given the number to the GM and it has been 3 weeks and still have not gotten a return call.

      We have decided to give the customer the benefit of the doubt and replace the radio and fix door handle.
