The system we bought has not worked as advertised and promised since day 1. They have been out several times to work on it and it still doesn’t remove all the hardness out of the water. Now they have part of the system and our water isn’t being treated at all. The owner has been no help and says it’s not his fault. Well you sold the system and it doesn’t work I want my money back. We don’t want to deal with service techs coming over to the house again and again. ( the service techs are really nice people this isn’t about them just the product )

I purchased a Hague Water Max Water conditioner from this company in Nov 2022. Its a water conditioning appliance, i have 2 containers sitting in my garage one is for salt, the other is the mechanical parts, motor, and tank, they do not take up a lot of room. The system is a home water conditioner, it's main purpose is to remove hardness, and make your water soft, and clean, you would have to do the research to find out if you need this. It also came with a Reverse Osmosis Appliance that is installed under my kitchen sink, this makes the water the best money can buy. Again do the research on Reverse Osmosis it is suppose to give you the absolute best quality water. Now that is my description of the equipment. I just purchased a home in 2022, of course I received all the advertisements, that is when I decided on this piece of equipment, I've had a home water softener before not this brand so I decided to purchase this one. Now the reason I'm writing, I had the system repaired a few months after I purchased it no charge, about 8 months later I had the filters replaced that would be around the summer of 2023, the filters are part of the service, they suggest annually, yes there is a cost. Now it is Nov. 2023 my machine went up again this time the service tech said it was the motor, and it had to be replaced. All this in around 1 year. Now I Understand equipment breaks, and I would have to pay for the service tech to come to my home and repair it I guess, but the company wanted me to pay $147.50 for shipping the part to the company's shop, I guess they let their inventory hit zero. Now it gets interesting my wife called the company, and discussed this payment, the guy on the phone who was management, was very rude, when she told him she should not have to pay for his equipment to be shipped to his facility he said you have to pay shipping, and hung up the phone on her. That is not how business stay in business. I gave one star for the service techs who did a great job.

Our service technician was dispatched to the ******** home to replace a tank that was leaking.  The service call did not address a bad motor.  The Hague warranty on the 3BAQ tank is 25 years, however, the warranty information specifically excludes shipping cost and labor.  When the customer received the bill and called the office, the service manager explained this to them.  When the customer became upset, the accounting department mailed a new invoice for the cost of labor only, excluding the shipping cost.  We feel that we acted in good faith to compromise with the customer on the cost of the service trip.  At this time, the invoice remains unpaid.

Same "2nd Notice" postcard as the rest. There is zero mention of what they do, just a misleading letter about a "parcel for you" This is such a sleezy dirty marketing approach. It speaks volumes about a company that this would be their approach.

I got the same scam Larry got. A postcard in the mail that says "2nd Notice." And specifically says they have a "parcel to deliver for you." It even has a fake "parcel number."

Googled it and it's 100% a scam. The news article said to report to the BBB and the police, so I'm here first and going to the police next.
