      5/13/2023 PURCHASED CAN AM ***** 2022 ADVERTISED AS NEW. THE **** WHEN DELEVERED HAD 180 MILES ON IT THEY PUT 2 MILES ON PAPERWORK. I CALLED TO ASK WHY THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEY SAID SINCE NOT TITLED ITS CAN BE DESCRIBED AS NEW. THE **** SHUT DOWN ON ME WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ***** I CALLED TO EXPLAIN THIS AND THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE I PAID A NEW **** PRICE AND NOT ONE THAT NEED WORK. THE GENERAL MANAGER ***** TOLD ME THE **** NEEDED TO BE CHECKED OUT HE WOULD ARRANGE PICKUP. THE DRIVER LOADING THE **** HIT THE **** TWICE VISIBLE DAMANGE WAS BROKEN GRILL AND DENT RAIDIATOR. HE SAID HE CALLED HIS BOSS AND I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CALL THE STORE MYSELF. I SPOKE WITH A MANAGER **** WHOM TOLD ME THAT THE **** WILL BE REPAIRED AND BE OK AND DELEVERED BACK TO ME . I EXPAINED THAT I WOULD NOT ACCEPT A **** THAT IS SHUTTING DOWN HE SAID THAT THEY DID SEE THE SHUT DOWN CODE ON THE **** BUT STILL THEY WAS GOING TO FIX THE RADIATOR . I EXPLAIN HOW A REPAIRED **** IS NOT WHAT I WAS WANTING AND I WAS AFRAID TO RIDE ONE THAT JUST SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING . HE SAID IT WOULD NOT LOSE VALUE NO ONE HAD TO KNOW ABOUT THE ACCIDENT. I EXPLAINED I WOULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH SOMETHING THAT WAS DISHONEST AND MAYBE ILLEGAL. I REPORTED THIS TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. HAD TO PERSONALLY DRIVE 120 TALK TO THEM WOULD NOT *************. THEY SAID WE NEEDED TO PART WAY AND I WOULD BE REFUNDED MY DOWNPAYMENT PLUS PART ADDED. I WAITED FOR COUPLE WEEKS CALLED BACK TOLD ME WAITING ON BANK . WEEK LATER CALLED BANK THEY SAID BEEN PAID. SO BEFORE ANOTHER LIE I STATED I CALLED BANK. WAITED MORE CALLED HARDER TO GET SOMEONE TO SPEAK WITH ME FINALLY ******** THE MANAGER GOT ON PHONE THREATEN ME IF I DONT STOP BUGGING HER REFUND WOULD BE LONGER. SO NOW NO ONE WILL ************* BANK PAID, THEY HAVE MERCHANDISE BUT I HAVE NOTHING. APPROX **** DOLLARS SEEMS TO BE HELD UP FOR NO REASON.

      Not sure why the complaint today.  We refunded ************** her money already and our records show she received the check via a ***** confirmation.  There was a delay with the check because we needed to wait long enough for her check to clear.  As for the demo status she was told that that was the case but not documented on the bill of sale.  Our DMS automatically populates 2 miles in every new unit and that was the case here.  We didn't change it, just an oversight.  Nothing malicious.  Sorry that the experience wasn't what ************** deserved.  We always strive to get it right but sometimes we do come up short.

      On July 5 I purchased a vehicle from America's Motor Sports in Madison,TN. I paid with a cashier check that was for more than purchase price. I was told I would be mailed a check for the over payment as soon as cashier check cleared the bank,,,that was 3 weeks ago. I told the finance man,*** ******* to be sure and send check and title to my po box,,,I have moved from my house so I am hopeful that the check and title did not get sent there. I have called and talked to ****** about this on July 26 and he said he would find out and call me back. I have tried to call several more times and no one will answer. I feel maybe I am being scammed. Thank you,,****** *****

      Purchased UTV from dealership. Two months after purchase I stil have not received the paperwork necessary to register it and obtain a registration plate. Have attempted to contact dealersip personal multiple times for assistance. Finance manager does not respond to emails, salesman responded to one email but did not provide requested information, then did not respond to follow-up email.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/18) */ Checking into the status ************* paperwork I found out it was sent to the state back first of June which is normal time frame for AMS to process internally based on our work flow. Once at the state it becomes out of our control but it appears it came back to AMS last week and has been mailed out to *********** and he should have it any day. As for him not getting a response from AMS when he called I apologize. Someone should have followed up from any messages left. If he doesn't see the paperwork this week please have him reach out to me. Thanks.

      Madison Shop. Was told when we bought a ******* speaker about the amazing warranty on it. That if there was any problem at all they would send it out and replace it. Then tells us later that they will take no returns. First one had crackling anytime the base hit. Then the next ones had no mounting hardware. They refuse to get it for us and will do no returns. Absolute joke of a shop. Will never be back. Pure junk and absolute rude people. Truly a sad excuse for a shop. We want our money back!

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/24) */ Mr. **********, the ******* Audio Bar does have a fantastic warranty, as you have found out because America's Motor Sports did replace your original sound bar. America's Motor Sports does not do returns on electrical parts as stated on all our receipts and invoices. ******* Audio is a separate company from America's Motor Sports. America's Motor Sports originally offered up three solutions for Mr. **********. We offered to exchange the audio bar. Secondly we offered to mail him the proper hardware so that he would not have to drive to our location. We also offered to give Mr. ********** in-store credit. Mr. ********** decided to be disrespectful to our staff and in-turn threatened a lawsuit. America's Motor Sports has parted ways with Mr. **********. He was offered multiple solutions and decided to turn them all down.

      January I would by a 2021 ******* razor 500hrs for **k out the door warranty not wanted but forced. Was told I would receive said title in 4-6 weeks. Patiently waited to no avail so I went to Nashville place where they handle that they then proceeded to tell me the title was never requested and currently belongs to another gentlemen. I then go to the location I bought the unit from and they told me it wasn't possible I went back to Nashville where they couldn't give me a name but matched my vin. After confronting store I was then told it was bought in GA without a title and shouldn't have been sold. I offered for them to buy it back/give me my money back I would take the loss on warranty. They said well will get duplicate etc it has been a month over and still the same stuff then they would trade it in now they have went back on that. So now it's back to waiting on the title I want my money back and for them to take it back period as it was sold under false pretenses I would never paid **k for non titled utv period, they keep giving me excuses and the run around

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/22) */ Mr. ******** was informed that the unit at the time of purchase had no title to it. Not all states require titles for off-road vehicles, including the state of Georgia where the unit was purchased by America's Motor Sports from a Georgia Dealership. Mr. ******** was offered not one, but several solutions to this issue on more than one occasion. America's Motor Sports has officially come to a resolution with Mr. ******** to his satisfaction. America's Motor Sports will be purchasing the unit back from him on Tuesday, 04/26/2022 as long as the unit is returned to the premises in good condition. This is the solutions both parties have agreed to.
