1 starI'd give zero stars if an option. Do not buy here !!! (Unable to name) in finance makes guarantees and statement he won't keep. Once you have purchased a truck, he won't even call you back !!! lies lies lies !!!! we also purchased the vehicle late evening. We were told to bring back and they would detail with free ceramic coating. We dropped it off and after "detailing" the truck still had all the blue quality marks on it. Make the sale, that's all they care about !!!!Review fromBonnie S.

1 starPurchasing a vehicle with this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wish I could take the car back. This business is not trustworthy with your time or more importantly your money. They are shady with their financing even though I went in pre approved with my credit union. Then to get things corrected it’s countless calls, emails, texts and driving there to do a face to face. This business owes me over 3200.00 and two months down the road I’m still chasing it. Jeff is lip action but doesn’t follow through. Coach (Greg) pretty much the same. Phil attempts to correct his employee’s errors but honestly if I didn’t chase him as well not sure I’d ever hear from anyone. All I would like is for them to do what is right and correct their errors and return my $$. An apology at this point means nothing as they’ve all apologized and then blamed employees that are no longer there. Bottom line, they still have not corrected their errors. And I’m still chasing after them to make it right two months later.Review fromDon L

1 starI had a verbal agreement with them to purchase a vehicle on Saturday morning. I arranged a time to sign the paperwork for Monday afternoon. I was texted that they sold the vehicle out from under me before I could get there. Verbal agreement means nothing to this dealership. Don’t trust their word!Review fromJoey H

1 starThey sold me a 2018 *** terrain with a leaky seal. They told me they’d fix it for free. When I dropped it off, they left it in the rain for 5 days where the car flooded and MOLDED. I spent weeks trying to get my money back while they avoided me and lied to my face. After I finally got reimbursed for the car, the 2018 *** Terrain VIN ***************** is CURRENTLY BACK ON THEIR LOT. They are not disclosing water damage they caused and are fully aware of. They covered it up in the carfax too. This is ILLEGAL They sent the flooded car to ***** ***** for them to dry it out and fix the seal. When I went to ***** ***** to see the car, they told me that it was delivered to them in such terrible condition that I should just look for a new car. They carfax just says it was “serviced” at ***** *****. I have the old registration with the matching vin numbers, pictures of myself in the car, and pictures of the mold. Rhythm conducts its business in an unethical and illegal manner. They ruined the car while they were servicing it and literally gave me back the keys when it was flooded so bad that water was leaking from the inside of the car. I talked to Larry, Phil, Ryan, and Tom, and they all passed me from one person to the other while trying to save face to their coworkers. I had to wait a week for Phil to get back from his vacation just for him to inform me that I’d have to wait another week for Ryan to get back from his. They are extremely unprofessional, and I will never consider or recommend doing business with them again.Review fromAsia J

1 starTheir days are number. All they do is lie and cheat and steal. They have had my vehicle for more than 60 days with no real resolution. Im so tired of calling... no one ever picks up the phone. Then when they do they say theyll call you back but never do. Which starts the process all over again. Worst experience of my life.Review fromVedal H

1 starlike many people in this review thread they have alo had my vehicle since April 10. I was sold a warranty that basically was never meant to work for the vehicle. First the dealer take two months to send off information to the warranty company. I had had to call the warranty company and have them send me a contract because i was not given one at the time of purchase and they informed me that they closed the claim because they never heard from the dealer. Meanwhile the sales dept is trying to get me to make a deal on a new car, telling me they started and drove it... yet it needs a new engine. Then two weeks later the warranty is denied because there is sludge in the engine. I have records of all of my oil changes and routine maintenance. So either the truck had sludge in it when i bought it and I wouldve had to fuklly take the engine apart and clean any carbon or sludge out. Or the dealer voided my warranty by driving it further causing damage to the vehicle. Now its been two more weeks and still no update. The last communication I got was that I would have to pay storage fees evenhough it took them two months to send the correct information to the warranty company. RUN FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! They will lie, cheat, and basically not answer your phone calls if they mess up.Review fromShannon B

1 starThey've had my jeep since Feb 7th its now May 3rd. When they received my jeep Jake the service advisor told me that it was the battery and shift cable and that the tow truck driver broke the shift cable. Come to find out it had a hole in the block which was what the tow driver told me upon picking my jeep up to tow it over to the dealership. So Jake says the battery and shift cable had been replaced in which I did not approve because when my jeep was picked up my battery and shift cable was fine. So as time goes on I have recordings of him telling me that they drove my jeep in the bay, well how did you do that what a hole in the block?? Then I don't hear anything nor can I get anyone to call me back so I go into the service dept in person to find out what in the world is going on because at this point Jake said my jeep had been tore down. 1st off they couldn't find my jeep and finally when they did it had not been touched a 1st time since being dropped off so all the talk I have recorded from their service advisor was all lies. So now I find out Jake doesn't work there anymore now there is a new advisor he gives me a quote for an engine for $15,000 for a 2007 Jeep Wrangler I didn't even pay that much for the jeep. So I look at the quote and all this bogus amounts for all the unnecessary repairs are ridiculous! He says it needs a starter that when it threw a rod it hit the starter, well the starter is on the opposite side of the jeep so it's impossible. Then he said the rod damaged the shifter cable which is impossible as well also remember the tow truck driver damaged it from what Jake said. Now the service advisor says they're moving places so I need to get my jeep out before May 7th or it will go to the tow in lot or pay him $900 for a tear down that I didn't approve in the 1st place, my warranty was handling all that with them so if anyone needs to pay the $900 is the warranty company in which they scammed me with the contract we had in itself.Review fromNicole M

1 starIf I could give the service department 0 stars I would. Don't take your car here. Spent $2500 and came out with problems and noises I didn't have before. Took the car back and now they have asked me to pay another 2k to fix a problem/ noise I didn't even have before I brought it in...this dealership should be shut down idk how their service department is still in business. They don't update you and never answer the phone... CEO should be analyzing these reviews service horrible I will be writing to corporate and any social site that will listen...BEWARE do not take your car here. $2500 down the drain and still have a messed up car.Review fromKristina H

1 starI purchased a new 2022 ram and the transmission started to mess up after 1 year. They sold me a lifetime warranty and they don’t want to fix it cause I don’t have proof of the oil changes. What does oil have to do with transmission!!!? Anyway stay away from this dealership they don’t stand behind their word
