Back in September of last year we had our duct work replaced and gas lines run to *** fireplaces under the house. We had a propane tank installed by ******** Propane the same month. When we finally needed to use the propane fireplaces during the ice storm we turned on the tank to light them up. They lasted about 2 hours and then nothing. We walked outside and an odor of propane hit us in the face. I went back and forth with ******** thinking that it was on their end and have put off doing anything until now. So today I had ******** come out to check the tank and work that they had done. Everything was fine on the outside, however when he went under the house to check connections he found a cracked fitting connecting to the regulator on the house that was installed by your guys at *******'s. This crack has left me out a tank of propane from last year (******) and now a repair bill of ****** and now I must have the tank filled again (probably another ****** this time of year). This is not the first issue that I have had with *******'s. Most recently back in July with my AC unit. I was out of town when the air-conditioning stopped working. I called *******'s and they sent someone out to replace the fan motor. The unit was still not working properly so *******'s came out again and advised that it could not be repaired that I would need to purchase a new $**** unit. After having another professional come out to look at it it was finally figured out that the motor had been wired backwards by *******'s upon installation which was not allowing the fan to run properly. The wiring was corrected and my AC unit has been working fine every sense. *******'s is unwilling to take responsibility for the faulty work.
