Sad to say I will no longer be doing business with this company after today. I have gone to this company with all my cars in the last 8 years and never had these issues Ive faced this summer. I went in to have an oil change, alignment, and new brakes put on July 7. I was told my brake pads looked fine and not to waste money on new brakes. I took what they said and left even though I knew the brakes werent fine. The very next day, I go to check something under the hood after having the oil changed , the oil cap is missing & they had not fully serviced my car when doing the oil change via fluids not being filled. I called and made a complaint about that & new parts had to be ordered. The following Monday, I was back at the shop to have the missing pieces and fluids filled because it was what I paid for. I again bring up the brakes and how much worse they are. I expressed I wanted him to hear and check the brakes more throughly and proceeded to make him listen to the the brakes to which he then agreed, they were bad. Anyway, this goes on with a few of the employees continuously giving me the runaround. I finally get the manager, I take my car back Aug 22. They finally put it on the machine & the brakes are completely shot. The pads, caliber, everything. Its over 600 worth of damage. I was told numerous times by employees that the car was fine when it wasnt & my life has been put in danger each time I got behind the wheel. I am a nurse, a traveling nurse at that. My car is the way I make my ********* dont appreciate the service I havent received & begged to get. The employees were rude and acted as if I wasnt paying my money for a service while putting my life in danger. I blame the employees and the business for lying or being misleading because they did not check throughly check my brakes when I expressed great *********** feel because I am a woman, and I am of color, they felt as though I had no clue. WEAKLEY COU has to stop. Im sure Im not the only one.
