It has been a more than a year later and I am still paying for their mistakes. The husband of the owner listed was not in the least responsible who was overseeing the account. The guy running the crew he hired (******) was never here and left his son to oversee things who could have cared less. The one good thing I would say about them is that they did not steal. The husband used a crew from very far south in ***** ******* and they had NO respect for me, as a woman or for any of my belongings. I presently have 4 crews working for me monthly, who are from ******* ******* and they are fabulous! I have never had any issues from them not respecting a woman or damaging things. They care for their quality of work. I finally had the crew leave before they finished, with my downstairs barely being able to walk through and waited for a reputable crew managed by their son. ****, the owner is a kind person and her son did the best he could to repair the damage done and finish the job. Be very careful using the husband of the owner and his crew run by ******. ****** son finally got the job finished but I have spent thousands of dollars have some of the floor redone and many of my antique furniture refinished, because they stacked 3 rooms of furniture on top of each other. I spent $22,000 (minus $50). Worst experience ever in my 50 years of hiring companies!

Amateurs!
A weeklong job took a month, with problems at every stage. They didn't realize that the tiles we ordered were actual marble. They had considerable difficulty installing them, needing help from their distributor, who didn't know the specific source for them. They had to learn about their product by trying it out on us. With continual prompting, they finally did an acceptable job, but the process was pretty sloppy and careless. We still have to repair the molding ourselves, since this was not included in this $6000 project.
We were disappointed.
