He had my bike 21/2 months and caused damage to several components, looks like he put a clamp mark on the front jug, pushrods out of adjustment (told me the bottom end was junk and making noise) pulled the threads from the cases because he torqued the head bolt to tight AND THEN sent the bike out to me. Knowing threads are pulled is remedial knowledge! The rear gasket had a catastrophic failure so bad that the bike shut down in a driveway! On the road at highway speed we could have been injured or worse. Then he blames the bike cases as production parts when I have the Blackhawk Motorworks build sheet and their name is on the cases! He goes further by telling the shop fixing his screw up that I rode my bike that has only 6000 miles on the motor, with a gasket completely blown out and oil suirting out of the head! He made himself look like a fool. The only reason he was changing the head gasket kit, subsequently causing so much damage, is because the bike had few miles put on it in a long time and I had no idea how often the bike was ran, and Blackhawk said that there was a possibility, again possibility they might crack. Wirh my dream bike I thought I was taking no chances. I believe Thompson was training his tire guy on my bike with the idea that he could blame all the damage and cost to my wife and I by blaming my Indian which he called a "badtardized Harley" when I picked it up. Lastly, I found out too late, he's rooted a lot of people that just haven't bothered to complain.

We are also very thankful for bringing to hopefully everyone's attention on how the Gilroy Indian was such failure the engines had to be replaced from a third party. We would have loved to had the chance to address this situation but unfortunately we didn't. There aren't any "tire" techs here and actually there are only certified technicians here. We have attempted, in good faith, to help remedy this situation and have the check and receipt to the "other" shop for your head gasket replacement. To address the stripped threads, you listened to the bike run here at our shop, you attempted to ride the bike at your home, and the technician at the other shop had it running several times....before the threads in the block gave way. The high compression engine you have would have blown the head loose immediately upon first crank if the threads were stripped during installation. You own word and attacks on our shop condemn your words. Thanks again for proving the point for us and everyone else Mr. C
