      Jim is not caable of following thru with his commitments to clients. he is understaffed and it was a huge disappointment to me in a very stressful move. he showed up a day late and 6 hours late the next day with a truck too small to move me and they broke items that i was never compensated for

      This move was completed almost 2 years ago. Client is trying to push personal interest, but this was a business move to where there was a contract.  She found the contract late and we got to her as soon as we possibly could on our calendar.  Our company does not control the fact that she was being pushed out of the rental home she was in.  We were told she had a two bedroom house and everything would fit in a 15 foot truck.  Once the crew got there and realized the truck was too small. We made plans to get the bigger truck there.  Client was unwilling to work with us on multiple trips so we sent the bigger truck for free.  Per our contract the client is to never leave the premises while a crew was there loading or unloading insurance dictates if there is any claim, and the client leaves the premises, no claims will be honored as there’s no way to prove the legitimacy of the claim.  Client lift crew to load by themselves from the best of our recollection. She did meet them at the storage facility to drop off a few items, but she was not at the unload for the crew to finish the move.  By scale it could take 5 to 6 hours for two men to load or unload a 26 foot truck.  This job took 11 hours with three men dealing with a 32 foot truck and a 15 foot truck that we had partially loaded the 15 foot truck unloaded it when she demanded another truck came in our back to the office and grab the bigger truck.  Our contracts are based off of what the clients tell us, and if they do not disclose the full amount of what they have to move, which is an area in our contract that they are able to fill out, it puts all responsibility on the client for non-disclosure.  The fact that she is filing a claim almost 2 years later no insurance or company will honor any kind of refund or claim.  When she notified the office that things were damaged, there is no way to know if they were damaged before during or after the service.  And she was instructed that due to her violating the contract and not being at the locations 100% of the time, or having an agent at the locations that our insurance would not honor any claims.   This type of service from Townsend to Knoxville would normally run ***** plus we already gave her discounts for the inconvenience. We gave her a free truck and the entire move and 11 hours was less than $950.  Not one of our competitors would do it for that cheap or have the compassion that we did. When we found out she was being kicked out of the house she was in.  Her options were explained to her, even though she did not except those options and now almost 2 years later, filing a claim, statute of limitation’s has run out, so we are unable to honor any type of refund.

      This company moved our stuff from one state to another and damaged almost all of our stuff. We have tried making contact with the company multiple times and they have continued to avoid us and ignore our emails in order to evade fixing our stuff or compensating in some way. The staff is also extremely rude and the company has a ton of bad reviews on the same issue including bad reviews from past employees stating that the company refuses to pay them
