Do not use this company. I had them redo our roof and they did such a shotty job that now only after 4 years, we are having to pay to have what they did, redone all over again. Our insurance adjuster came and when he gave us the findings, I had to write this review. They did not seal the chimney properly and we have rotted ceiling joists from all the rain, not to mention the roof inside needs replaced now from all the leaking! And this is the 2nd problem we have had with the chimney flashing not done correctly but on the other side this time. They did not install drip edging around the back and sides of the roof and the gutters they put up are coming loose so those need to be repaired as well. I asked the company owner to treat my house like he would if it was his own mother's house prior to the job starting! Apparently, he does not care about his own mother. We have shingles that were not secured properly all over the roof and the wind damage is unacceptable. I'm writing this because I am furious with the workmanship his company did and now, we are having to drop thousands of more dollars into fixing what his company did wrong! Plus, I hope good people read the reviews on this company and DO NOT use them.Review from Charles S

I used Freddy for roughly ten years. He did pretty much everything I needed done, from very small to fairly large projects. He was polite, professional, totally honest, very reasonably priced, and did a truly great job, everything you could possibly ask for.
I think it was around 2017 that I had him rebuild and greatly enlarge a deck in the back of my new house. Freddy wanted to be paid before the job was finished. I did, because I trusted him completely. The roof leaked, badly. It was virtually impossible to get someone to come out and fix it. Eventually someone did come, it continued to leak, someone else came back (after months of calling), and it still leaked. After a year or two of trying to get M3S to fix the the leak, I finally paid someone else (I think $1500) to come and do the job correctly. I've never called M3S again.
You might wonder why I'd write this review some four or five years later. It's because my former home (where my daughter now lives) has a leaking roof (one that M3S also put on). It won't cost a lot ($350) but the guy who'll do the work commented about what a really shoddy job had originally been done.

Mr. Sallee i would like to know when you tried calling about your daughters roof leaking and i would also like to add that no matter the job big or small i was always there. after the last time we fixed the roof i assumed the problem was solved. i apologize if you were unable to reach me. Back to your daughters roof i would happy to meet your new contractor so he can show me the shoddy work that he talks about. and if he can show me where it was on wrong i would gladly pay him the $350 to fix it. sorry for the miscommunication.
