So where to start. I won't touch on the sonetimes minimal or repetitive gear really. Or the fact that you've typically paid for another box before the last one you paid for is shipped out, showing the lack of planning and organization. To be fair though, there are the boxes that are completly worth it, win some lose some I guess. So l signed up for the 360 Elite, and the first thing seen, as stated above, is they are in no hurry to get you the product you pay for. Now, if you don't know the difference between the elite and 360, it's that the advertised (and agreed) price is 150 or 165. Cool. I agreed, locked in my year subscription that is unchangeable online, and 7 months later out of nowhere..they announce the price will be going up for shipping. So, is it price going up for non subscribers, and when subscriptions renew, the price goes up since we locked into a subscription? Nope..everyone. OK, so is this like a 10-11 dollar upcharge for shipping like other boxes? Nope. $20+. So now that they have broken the subscription pricing, what I get is no longer worth the price..so I contact them asking if since they changed the locked in subscription price, if we can cancel, or at least a pro rated cancel fee. No, and nope..but here's a small percentage off another box! Soon after..my next months box arrived, again after paying for the next month automatically, threw my locked in raised subscription price, and there was less in it then there ever has been. They go against their word, break their agreements, and do not care about getting the customer their product, and most likely, this price jump, they will do it again.Review from Brandon S

This company changed its shipping policy after I agreed to terms for a monthly subscription. Two months into being subscribed they all of sudden raised the price and added shipping cost. Typical bait and switch. Baited me in with offering a free gift if you signed up. Then changed the total price per month a few months later.Review from Michael B.

If I were you run stay away from this place. . They cancel it for you without your concent. then they refuse to give you the box you paid for and refuse to return your money. Over priced. I don't belive this place is owned by any Vets. They would not treat their customers that way. The first box was great never got the 2nd box. No tracking info nothing. To Whom It May Concern, Our business always puts the customer first! Whether a box is lost, stolen or late - we always strive to go over and beyond to make things right. We do have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to receiving harassing messages from an individual. Our customer service team responded politely after many demanding messages from this former customer. When he began to harass our team with offensive/threatening language we decided to draw the line and cancel his order. This individual's subscription was canceled he was given a full refund. Where do I start! I signed up on a Saturday after watching tons of reviews and videos! Asked a question to them on social media and didn’t expect an answer until like Tuesday. Got that on Sunday!! There was someone else commenting and asking questions. I’m not a representative but just someone that did their research so I started walking someone through the info that I understood to be true with their questions. Long story short I was signed up for 1 day. Haven’t received my first box yet and won’t for almost a month because of when I signed up. This company reached out to me after seeing my responses and were so absolutely amazing! Rob thought I’d been a subscriber for years yet it was one day! The content that comes with these boxes seems to be absolutely awesome and their co-lab with companies is unreal! There is exclusive content and things (from watching other subscribers videos on *******) that I’ve not ever seen in store. I subscribed to this because I haven’t hunted since I was very young and need to rebuild my gear box for hunting and figured this was the best option based on things I’ve seen from other subscribers! I haven’t even received my first box but some how am expecting 3 in the first month with their promotion and because of how awesome they are. You already have a lifer with me! I am not pleased with this subscription. I signed up back in September and misunderstood that I wouldn't get a box until end of Oct. However, I was charged in September and October for 1 box. How does that make sense? My biggest disappointment is that they give you the option to choose products to receive based on the type of hunting you do. I chose waterfowl. Not one box had anything to do with waterfowl. I got more archery/deer hunting gear then anything. I was also told members receive the same thing acrossed the board. Why give us a choice as to what type of hunting to favor YOUR box to if everyone gets the same thing? That was the only reason I signed up for the 12mo subscription was to get my husband random waterfowl gear to turn out he gets nothing for it. 0/5 stars if I could. I cancelled my subscription today and paid the extra payment to break my contract. I will keep an eye on my acct to sure no other transactions are taken from me. Advice: change how you promote your subscription of favoring the type of hunting you do. Its one size fits all unlike we are lead to believe.HuntVault, LLC Response

We would like to thank this customer for supporting our family business! We are proud of the quality gear we ship each month but realize not every customer will be satisfied. Our boxes feature items that any hunter can use: binoculars, knives, packs, trail cams, etc. We do try to include items specific to surveys when applicable (throughout the subscription), but are sorry she did not receive waterfowl specific gear in the months she was subscribed. Due to this customer signing up for a 12 month subscription, she had to pay a cancelation fee to cover the cost of the free bonus gift she received (per our FAQ and Terms and Conditions). We are thankful she has paid the invoice and we have closed the account for her as requested. We wish this person the best, TEAM HUNTVAULTReview from Daniel S

This subscription box is worth it! The customer service and response have been great, and as a veteran I love supporting veteran owned business. I have had subscriptions in the past, across multiple different types of things, and this has been #1. If you’re looking for this type of product, go no where else. Too bad I can’t do ten stars. I have been and Elite Member for over 2 years, Hunt Vault has equipped me with so many useful an upgraded options of gear for any pursuit from Turkey Calls to complete sets of high end skinning knifes. complet optics from Vortex, Binos, Rangefinders, and scopes, Gps Units and packs. By far the very best subscription boxes For the out door enthusiasts. Communication has been excellent as well. Always get updates via email if there is ever delays in shipping. I have been so impressed with HuntVault… the company, their customer service and the products that they select for their patrons; since my very first box! Each and every product has found a way into my hunting packs and/or has been a cherished gift to a Family member or valued Friend! I have & will continue to recommend them to all Family and Friends!!!??????????
