I purchased the tractor in July of 2022. The tractor is an MT122. I also purchased the yard box and backhoe attachment with it. The first time i used the tractor, i had to take it back to ***'s. It had a pin hole leak in the front right loader cylinder that was a factory defect. The service department put a temporary fix on it. However, the hydraulic system hasn't worked right since. I then took the tractor in this April. I asked the service department to perform the 50-hour service and replace the cylinder they were supposed to have ordered the previous august. They acted like they were unaware of what i was talking about. After reminding them, they apologized and ordered a new one. I also asked them to check on the whole hydraulic system. The hydraulics leak down at an alarming rate. Right at a month goes by, and i finally end up going to get my tractor because they claimed the part hadn't come in yet and they couldn't tell that the hydraulics were leaking at all. You can literally watch them leak down at any given time. That just lets me know that they did not look into my request. They told me that they would call as soon as the part came in so i could bring it up there and get it changed out. However, that was in May. Today is Oct 8 and i have yet to receive any word about my part. Either it does take over a year to receive parts from LS, or these people are some of the most untrustworthy and shady people i have ever dealt with. Needless to say, i have spent over a year trying to get the problems fixed with my tractor and none of them have been resolved. They have only gotten worse.
