Expensive electronic item purchased via Arnold Collectibles, ***** Arnold, ********, ** on July 22 via Noblestar name on ***** Item weighed 60 lbs. Was shipped via ***** in simple cardboard box without any interior protection. Arrived July 24 badly damaged (have photos) and turned out to be non-functional when installed. Seller notified within 30 day window. Failed to respond to emails and regular then certified letter for refund. Seller also filed with ***** due to damage but on August 12 their claim was denied due to poor packaging. Apparently when they realized they were "on the hook" for the refund they refused to communicate further or provide refund. The item does not work. Seller has failed to respond to repeated communication or provide refund in spite of their initial statements that they would do so. I have all the correspondence and documentation if needed.Business response

No new information has been sent. All of the files attached here have already been sent to me by BBB twice. This is the third time. I have no new information to add.
