              I didn't realize this company had such terrible customer service reviews on both ****** ***** and on ***. I have products under warranty that are malfunctioning... they charge shipping both ways.. they haven't fixed the problem and want me to pay shipping both ways a 2nd time.. that's not the worst part... their customer service is absolutely non existent.. voice mailbox that are full and wont accept new messages... weeks and weeks before and ***** is returned with a generic response. no response on all formats, no reply to email, ******** **** phone call, text. i regret ever dealing with this company . i wish i would have read the terrible reviews and and complaints before i bought product from them. i could go on and on but i am now exhausted trying to get answers from them and I'm giving up.

              I do like their cameras when they work, I have 8 of them, but they ALL stopped working at the SAME TIME and all my plans expired in 2022 (june-december!!!!). You can NEVER got a hold of anyone to help you, that's phone calls, emails and ********!!! They no longer have a website and their ******** page stopped posting in October 2021, so I don't even know if they really are in business. I realize they are a small company, but really, don't sell expensive cameras that you can't back up. I have spent over $2800.00 during 2021 alone on my 8 cameras and now they are just expensive paperweights that I really need and use daily and just STOPPED WORKING AGAIN and 1 just completely went BLACK SCREEN, no info, no nothing but dark picture of what's showing on the other side (like a camera).
