      I didn't realize this company had such terrible customer service reviews on both ****** ***** and on ***. I have products under warranty that are malfunctioning... they charge shipping both ways.. they haven't fixed the problem and want me to pay shipping both ways a 2nd time.. that's not the worst part... their customer service is absolutely non existent.. voice mailbox that are full and wont accept new messages... weeks and weeks before and ***** is returned with a generic response. no response on all formats, no reply to email, ******** **** phone call, text. i regret ever dealing with this company . i wish i would have read the terrible reviews and and complaints before i bought product from them. i could go on and on but i am now exhausted trying to get answers from them and I'm giving up.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/05) */ We have been in contact we Mr *****, in several times, the customer support had help with the set up and more, she says his camera was working fine, whe she test it. Also the camera, was not even bought in our site. Regarding the shipping the return authorization it states there is a 15 dollar return fee for shipping and insurance, he was charge with the minimum. We offer Mr ***** a new refurbish camera, and he wil need to send us the one we have already. They dont answer their phones, return voicemails, emails, social media DM's , but they will reply to a *** complaint the same day. wow wish I could get a response like that.. I probly wont anymore since i tattled to *** First they are incorrect.. this camera was bought on their website as i included proof of purchase from their site.. even though that shouldnt matter as the product is 5 months old in a 1 year warranty... The Camera is still not working and there is no communication on trouble shootiing... i have sent them videos and pictures describing the problems. they dont respond to my text pictures or videos. I was NEVER offered a refurb camera as a resolution... thankfully i wasnt as i would have been more upset to be offered a used camera when i have a new unworking camer that is 5 months old and paid full retail price for.... so no thanks on a refurb.... Send me a new camera to exchange this one and i will go away.... its not that complicate.... dont try to weasle out of an situation with a customer trying to prove them wrong or stupid. Honor your warranty and with good customer service and send me a new replacement... Ecspecially when this is the SECOND time we are dealing with same camera... So far, we can offer you a *** brand new camera, and we can close this up. And please send us back the one you already have. I did in fact buy the camera from them on their site.. i provided them the proof of purchase as well... I also registered the camera online with them as well... whats bad is i can not view registered cameras... or at least they have no interest in telling me how to view regisitered cams... however, if they do in fact send me a new**** moedel replacement i will accept it and be satisfied. but i will wait untill i actually get it... the camera in question here was mailed out on 4/3/2022 so they probly received it yesterday, today or tomorow maybe...

      This is the second complaint I have had to file against this company. I bought their Commander ** *** cellular game camera and had a previous issue last year that I could not get resolved until I filed on them. The company is impossible to contact due to the email that is supplied on their website give a automatic reply tell you to please call the office XXX-XXX-XXXX, but then you receive this message "This message was created automatically by the mail system. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: > ****@**********************************************************************************.com (Undelivered): ********* (internal) exceeded max time without delivery My camera quit working out of the blue and this is the second time in less than a year it has done so. If the company had any type of customer service to resolve issues it would help. They give customers no way to resolve issues and have complaints fixed. I have called twice and left messages with no results. Email is invalid and Facebook returns a automatic reply telling you to call or email them.
