  *********************** of "********** Mobile RV Service called me and asked about the job. We met he a I hired Him. He hired **** the floor man.. They stated they had ALOT experience. They were to install a hot water heater, and FINISH laying Linoleum planks on floor , and Trim it out. After a few days, they had worked about 1 day total, *** wanted his money, stating he would be back in a few days to finish. They had led me to believe they were Christians, so I thought it was safe . I got a receipt.They did not show up again until a month later, when I went to move stuff off slide out floor is when I saw alot of work was left, also the window was cracked. He left off the door that goes on outside to protect the water heater, first, the professional, then he left off the wall panel. He also told me I did not need the pump and left it undone, But did not inform me if electric went out, I would need it . I did not know any better. ***, did not finish laying the flooring on the slide out , or back room, nor the trimming. When I finally got him to return, a month later, only **** the floor guy came, we saw the floor was very unlevel and we both decided that we would wait until I got it leveled, he was going to finish the trim he had not done, I asked **** about the window, He denied it , Wh I was staining trim, **** said he was going to pick up *** and see if he could get him to level the floor because he is busy with a new job and don't know when he could finish this. and needed to get it done. He left and never came back. I called and Text him and ***. Hours Later *** called me mad , I fig it was over glass, said he's NOT coming back to finish anything was mean , I informed him of action I would take he said He has Insurance &Hungup. I Text & said All I want is for them to finish what I paid them for, He refused to finish, They both refused, to finish the job. I asked him for part of my money back and he refused.   There was a post on ******** that ****************** wrote it stated that she needed someone qualified to install a water heater in her camper she couldn't find anybody that would show up so I reached out to her stop by to look at the work and give her an estimate she came outside with a list of about 25 items she said the only thing that was very important was the water heater and the floor also a 7-way plug on the front of the camper we walked in the camper she was telling me how she had some other people come out and do some work and they did her wrong as I was looking around the camper on the outside someone had put a roof on it but never finished when we walked inside they were open outlets throughout the camper with wires showing in the ceiling of the camper no lights at all just wires hanging down the linoleum or plank flooring was put in there about halfway through the coach it looked terrible and had to come up so I told her I didn't do floor work but I can take care of the water heater and electrical plug up front she agreed that would be okay ask me if I know anybody who did flooring I told her I would check with my neighbor when we finally got back in touch and went out to do the work I install the water heater also the 7-way plug on the front of the ********************* did the flooring my neighbor any trimmed out everything else we then went and got ******************* and her husband to come look at the work she then said what about the sign out well we had never talked about the slide out getting linoleum or plank flooring but **** had also ran out of plank flooring and told her that she said she we would go get more in the next day or two **** had explained to her he worked a full-time job and he would have to work it in she was fine with that she went ahead and paid us couple weeks later she asked me if we were coming out to do the flooring I was a little bit upset that **** hadn't already went out and taking care of the slide out I told her I would call him and find out what was going on so I did **** said he had covid he completely forgot and he would get to it right away couple days went by she had called me again and told me ******************* hadn't came, at this point I told her if he doesn't come I'll come do it myself i talked to **** he called  talk to **** he and ******************* set it up for a Saturday, next thing you know I'm getting a call saying we broke a window a month ago and the slide out floor was not level and was still packed full of garbage so he couldn't do plank flooring until sometime leveled slide out floor and cleaned it out then ******************* calls asking if I was coming out to level her for I told her I had a full schedule this week she then started telling me about **** breaking the window then she told me she was going to get an attorney I can't understand why I'm still involved the water heater was installed the 7-way plug on the front was installed all that is left is a slide out floor which is about two boxes of flooring it would take about a half hour to lay I would highly suggest she get a hold of **** and work something out with him to come out and finish up it's that simple I'm not sure what she's seeking from me the work I performed is complete.

  I am rejecting this response because: He is lying on alot of this, there are several people that have emailed me stating he has also ripped them off and how he does not know how to do what he states he can do. When I made the complaint I sent a copy of the emails between all 3 of us. I am attatching them again. 
   He is the  one whom hired **** stating he does not know how to lay flooring, Linoleum Planks.  He was not replying back to me when I emailed , this was after I gave him the list twice, proof is in the texts, I got fed up trying to get him to answer so I did tell him if he does not want to do all the stuff on list that Flooring and Hot water heater installation was the most important things I need at this time. There was electricity in the camper, our extension cord was broke. The only wiring hanging was not hot and was wiring to add two plug ins. There was all supplies to fix camper sitting on slideout, We moved it out of the way before he came back to finish flooring, that is when we noticed how much it had became unlevel, Bill and I both decided it would be best if he came back after I got the floor leveled, then he decided, **** did, that he would rather get it done that day and told me he was going to get *********************** to see if he would level the slide out. He was lying, I was staining the trim pieces when he said that, said he would be back inlil bit shouldnt be long, hours passed and that is when *** called yelling and making up c*** to get out of work. I never fired him I repeatedly asked him and **** are they going to finish, *** said No and I did tell him I would take him to court , *** said go ahead He has insurance for that.  He absolutely knew the slide out was included on the deal because I told him and we discussed about the piece that goes on where the slideout goes over the floor and I told him how I wanted it, **** was suppose to pick that piece up at Lowes but Never did that either. They wasted 3 or 4 pieces of linoleum plank so they would have a reason to stop working that day. He advised me on part I bought to check tailgate wiring and said I got wrong thing and he wanted to buy it from me and was suppose to knock it off bill but did not, it was not high so I just let that go, even the broke glass they did break, I told them I would replace it cause he was all mad over it.
  Oh if they had put my new **** planks on the unlevel slide it would have torn them up. They came once to look at the job, one half day of so called work, then over or around month later **** shows up very late was suppose to finish but did not,**** was there maybe 30 mins before he said he was going to get *** and NEVER came back, neither of them. *** never came back to finish the water heater . When they left on the day they worked half day, it was dusk out, they arrived around 2, he showed the water heater and said they were coming back in few days, not a month or more later, to finish everything, Never got finished. As for flooring, I had 2/3 of it done before they came, I could not do the edge or trim, all That was needed was the slideout, living room and around edges and trim. He put mixed up trim pieces instead of matching them in each room..Sorry I am trying to respond to what he wrote, but without it in front of me I do not know if I replied to all of it.
  He stated he did not know why I complained, He told me to go ahead and take him to court he has insurance to cover that. I gave himm several weeks to call me to finish the job. I could not call him he told me not to call, text. *** likes to get the women alone and take their money, the one neighbor stated she paid him then he waited until she left and her husband came or was home, *** told her husband she did not pay him so he paid *** again. If I had heard from these people before hand I would NEVER had hired him.
  Oh the roof had a new roof, we left the liner hanging until we get it all done to help protect it from the weather, all we have to do is take a carpet cutter and cut away excess. Also *** and **** told us we did a Great job on the camper that it looks good but telling you a  different. story.  These two men have ripped off  3 0r 4 people around my neighborhood, the reason I know this now is because In our neigborhood news I warned everyone of them and that is when people started telling me what *********************** Mobile RV servive had done to them. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of their elders, Also they are good at pretending to be Christians to win your trust, Heck I even took them drinks,  water cokes, sprites. I should of known when they stuck their empty cans  and bottles all through the camper, even in the ** Vents, that they have no respect for people, I would have picked them up and into trash, They left windows opened, and it rained, but thank God it did not get in because the extra roofing we left hanging guided it away from windows, the roof they complained about, LOL. Please I beg of you Read the texts It proves everthing, it proves he is lying. This man needs his License taken away he absolutely does not know what he is doing. He told me he was experienced and worked for an RV repair place. Please Im not only doing this for me but for all those he has plans to rip off also. Put a stop to both of these men.
  He hired ****, I did not know either of them ************* called about the job. Oh he told me a friend of his saw my ad in our neighborhood news and called him, ***, and thats when *** called me. 

  I would like a refund and I believe his License should be looked at closely and he should have to prove he knows what he is doing and be stopped from ripping people off young and old. Thank You

  I was never told the water heater was incomplete again her and her husband approved the install as well as the 7 way plug on the front of the trailer, unfortunately there was no way to test the water heater for leaks because the plumbing throughout the camper was not complete not was it possible to hook power up to the ** any power tools that I used I had to run an extension cord to. As far as people emailing her in not sure how that's relevant but I am not in this business to rip people off I have been emailed as well people telling me she's a con artist and this isn't the first time she's ran a small business in the ground. The *********** to be addressed with ********************* I didn't touch the flooring. I can see that there is really nothing I can do to please her she wants to see my business shut down and her money back neither are going to happen. I would've been happy to take a look at any of her concerns unfortunately she's ran me down on social media, threatened me with court and wants me s*** down so I think it's best I stay away.

  I am rejecting this response because: *********************** is not trying nor did he ever plan on finishing the job he was paid for. Everytime I reply he adds more and more wrong with my camper. I only needed those three things done right then I could have finished the decorating it part. As far as plumbing only thing wrong is what he was hired to do and did not finish. He keeps saying my husband and I approved his work, That is not true at all. How could we He never came back to finish it,

  As far as Small Bussiness go, I am for Small Bussiness, But I do not support those whom do not do what they were hired for and take the peoples money and run. I am a ******************************************************************************************** it and move. I am a ********* and I DO NOT go around ******* peoples bussiness, I put a Beware on Nextdoor about *** Fahlbecks Work, sev. people already knew . Usually they put warnings to help look out for one another. If *** thinks that is bad then He needs to do people whom hire him right.

  As far as ********************* goes, *************** hired him not me, to work on the floor and assured me he was good.

  *** is stating now he might have considered taking a look at what he did not finish, I asked him sev, times was he going to come finish the job, and I waited 2 months at least before filing complaint to see if he would. Read  the ***** between us I sent to BBB, they came off my cell phone. I did not ask him again after that last day because he threatened to call police on me for replying back to him. 

  All I want is at least enough of my money back to get the job finished right. They will have to undo the hot water heater and run plumbing line through a hole in the wall and reconnect it, and connect the pump back where he disconnected it. So 2/3 of work has to be redone on hot water heater. He said he hooked up the pig tail I pray he did I would have to get someone I can trust out here to check that, But I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he did finish that. The flooring needs finished , he hired ****, I paid ***************** paid **** that day. They were suppose to come back in few days, which would of been the next week, Like I ststed they did not show for around 2 months later. I called no answer until they decided to answer. **** came out for probably half hour made up his excuse to leave, supposedly to pick *** up. Neither ever showed back up. 

  The point of it all to make it short is, I paid ***********************, he paid ****, to do the work I hired them for and they did not finish it, **** still needs to be done. I would like at least half my money back, That is more than fair . I am not trying to be a mean person to ******************** , but it really is getting bad for the elderly because there is alot of people whom are taking advantage of us thinking we are old and wont take them to court. We live on a fixed income and try to do best with it and when a small or big bussiness comes along and tells you they need their money before they can come back and finish the job, then take it and never finish , what do you expexct us to do , just let you have it?

  I pray BBB will settle this, I have the proof , I have emailed it twice to BBB.

  We hired *** from Fahlbecks mobile RV service. We had a problem with our gray tanks overflowing. *** came out and said he fix the issue and we paid him $1300. The tank is still overflowing and he owes us two hours for an approval he said he got from grand design but he can't come up with a name of who we talk to, so we had to eat those two hours of labor. When I contacted him to come out and fix the issue he won't respond to my calls, voice mails, and texts. Horrible business.

  Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/10/03) */ We were hired to take care of a gray tank leak the tank was overflowing when we got there someone had already gotten into the undercarriage of the fifth wheel and tore all the underbelly out the insulation was gone it had been cut it looked terrible I asked who did the work ******* told me another mobile guy had came out and wasn't confident that he could do the work that's why she called us we proceeded to drop the tank we found the problem when the tank was dropped we went to lunch I contacted****** design and told them it was going to take longer to do the work they authorized two extra hours which made a total of 8 hours when we got back from lunch I told Miss **** they authorized this two more hours after the work was complete we filled the gray tank up tested the work to make sure there was no leaks **** and her husband were outside while we tested the tank she paid us for the work and we left a couple days later she said there was a problem still but she was not worried about the leak she was going to leave her gray tank open and that would fix her problem she said they could live with that but she wanted me to come out and put all new underbelly and insulation along the bottom of the coach that the last repair guy had cut and damaged for the time that they had already paid me for to fix the leak I didn't feel right at all doing that because if there was still a leak I wanted to fix the problem at hand that I was originally hired for not to mention that is a very big job putting the underbelly along the bottom of the coach and re-insulating I told her she should contact the guy who originally worked on it and have him come out and fix what he broke but at this point I was willing to come out and fix the leak she text about a week later eager to have us do the underbelly repair for 6 hours plus the 2 we owed her I agreed a couple weeks later she text said the underbelly material was in but****** design was only offering I believe 3 hours I didn't get that message right away because my phone had to be replaced we were at Natchez Trace about 2 Days later I get no phone service at all when I left my phone had several messages pop up on it from **** calling me names then her husband called and left a couple messages from an unknown number harassing me I text **** and said we will come out and do the work I didn't have service she responded we are done then she sent screenshots where she had trashed me on social media and she sent this from you all where she had file a complaint also I have tried refunding her the 2 hours that I couldn't get****** design own up to I told her that would not be a problem we were there to help her that's why we started this business to help people. We also have text messages of all of our conversations to back up exactly how everything went down and took place. What I actually said was that "we have a work around until he can come out and fix the issue". *** agreed and said that "it is on him to fix the issue". 2)*** did NOT say that **** (the first RV mobile tech) should fix the issue. *** agreed to do the job for 8 hours (6 hours from****** ****** and 2 that he owed us for not getting approval in writing for the original tank issue). ****** ****** changed their decision and are only reimbursing for 3 hours to put underbelly back together. I texted *** and let him know of the change from 6 to 3 hours and asked him if he was interested in the work. 3)I texted *** Friday 9/9 7:04am to Monday 9/12 3:32pm with text messages and phone calls. This was the 2nd time he took a long time to repond. The first time was when I asked him for a statement about who he got approval for 2 add'l hours from****** ******. 4) I warned *** that if he continued to not respond, that I would warn others about the bad way he does business and this BBB case. Still no response. It is my opinion that *** didn't want to "come all the way out here" to fix a job that he wasn't getting add'l $ for. Also, he owed us 2 hours of which he wasn't getting paid for either. Then the job changed from getting 6 hours of pay to 3 hours. By the way, ****; the first mobile tech person; did come out to put the underbelly back together and he did it in 3 hours easy. ***'s statement that it would take him 8 hours was another mistruth. Again, I want my $1300.00 back from ***.
