For the past 4 weeks on and off Ive been reporting an issue through calls and emails on roof damage that has caused water damage on my unit . I reside on the 3rd floor meaning no one is above me . There is multiple water stains that have gotten worse over time . It started with discoloration ceilings now water leaks from a hole in my bathroom ceiling and living room near fire place . *** reported this issue numerous times on and off in hopes and patients that itll be resolved .. Only ONCE has a maintenance guy came and told me basically I have roof Damage in several places of the unit such as my living room near the fire place and bathroom and other areas . The guy took a few photos and left . No updates since then it went from a small bowl collecting water to me currently having my trash can collecting the water. There are gnats that fly around the hole and water damages my ceiling is swollen and black and brown mold is growing from the water damage . I just renewed my lease and my rent increased but Im living in non live-able conditions . I was told the property manager has to hire a contractor to fix the roof and ceiling but no one has reached out to me in office nor the property manager . I asked for the property managers email to send this matter directly to whom its meant for but I was told I couldnt received that information . Im on my last resort . Im having to soak up water with my towels in hopes to prevent further mold and water damages . Im out of options . The unit Im currently in is non live-able conditions with the mold thats developing from the damages and hole . Id like this issue to be resolved by fixing the units damages and a transfer me into a safe live-able unit As Soon As Possible. Thank you for listening .
