            Reported Issue with Dishwasher through ******** ******* thenreached out to OMB to service the product under warranty. There have bee 4 different service people out to work on the Dishwasher. Each of them decalring a differen issuewith the Dishwasher. . When I reach out to OMB, I always get a voicemail and when my call is returned, it displays as ********************* When I return the call , the person always as=nswers "May I help you" rather than the business name. The point is that I have been dealing with OMB sisnce the middle of December. Each time it is different part that is the issue . I then have to wait for the part. Bottom line is that I have not been able to use the dishwasher for 2 months.

            I had an appointment for a technician to come and service my ********** with a time window of 1:00PM - 5:00PM a day ago. Of course was pre-billed and charged for the service call. The technician did not show up nor did anyone call to notify me. I have called no less than 6 times and left voicemails every time. No one answers the corporate line and ************** for ******* provided is not even a valid phone number. If someone does not contact me, I will be filing a formalized complaint with the BBB. This is absolutely ridiculous!
