      I bought a truck a ************************************************************************** I think there working together but the truck is leaking from the rear main seal which is a mayor problem in the front end needs work in I haven't drove it a whole month I took it back they kept it 2weeks acted like they fixed it then when I went to get it they had no invoice showing me it was fixed so I took it too get checked out in sure enough it wasn't fixed

      *************** to a complaint on service issues for a AS vehicle we did sell to ************************* it was financed through Westlake Financal. It was to our knowledge that the vehicle was in perfect condition until almost 1 month later the customer contacted me informing us that it was leaking oil which was strange to us because we did not see any oil under the vehicle. We did not at anytime disagree with the customer we asked her to bring in the vehicle and we would have the vehicle looked at by a mechanic. The customer agreed and dropped the vehicle off with us and we had to locate someone to accepted the job because we needed it back as fast as possible. It was not easy to just find someone so we called a mechanic and he accepted the job but needed at least a week to have the vehicle. We sent the vehicle to him and paid him to do the job ****** to change the seal and he told us the tie rods were not bad so we did not change them. We did not go under the vehicle and check for leaks because this is a mechanic that we trust by his word so we returned the vehicle to the customer. A few days later on a Sunday I receive a text from the customer telling me the vehicle is not fixed and other things and she was reporting us to BBB and she demanded her money back. This deal was out side financed we can not just say ok here is the ******* down payment and close the case she signed a contract with a finance company. We are willing to help her with changing the tie rods to fix the problem but We have tried to do everything to fix this issue but it is not how she wants it. She was demanding that we refund her the money she paid for her insurance her first payment and her down payment. We are willing to repair the vehicle which being the tie rods.

      on behalf of what she wrote, i am currently locked out my ICLOUD AND cant recover ,y account untill 01/08/2023 .. i will reopen the case then  because i have text messages between her and i. her telling me its not her truck, she only had it 2 weeks before i bought it.. i have a video and pictures as well before and after she claim she had the work done. she couldnt provide me any docments to show she did the work. thank you once i get the information out my phone i can turn it in to you.. her reviews are so bad.
