I purchased a car from max **** sales I wasnt behind at all on my car. I paid all my notes he pulled my car over insurance I didnt that it also only 7 days I called to get it fixed he still want give me my car. Ive been paying every time he took I pulled it still paid we had an argument he told me he will pull my car over one dollar very in professional.Business response

First not sure why this complaint is under "repair issues" but I'm just assuming it's not important right now as far as we don't repairing car here , also it's not the reason customer wrote the complaint here as well.
***************** leased the car from us several mounts ago. On the day of closing contract she has been told and we had an agreement upon on that she needs to maintain the full coverage insurance the whole time of the contract and has to make the payment on-time otherwise the car gets recovered.
During this time the car got recovered twice due to the insurance got canceled for several weeks and being behind several payments (3-5payments).
On the last time before We returned the car to her I told her several times please make sure being current on your payments from now on and make sure your insurance doesn't cancel at all because next time will be no return but unfortunately it happens again.
I'm not sure how she's saying that she was not behind but she knows very well that she was 2 payments behind(she can refer to her receipts) on the day that the car got recovered also the insurance was canceled for more than a week!
